My experience with Clearooms has been excellent, I honestly can't fault the software or support received from Clearooms

Clearooms integrated with our Salto access control system to allow us to book rooms/pods online and grant access to the users' cards to the rooms automatically. The system has worked so well that we are now expanding it campus-wide. The product is easy to use and the support is excellent. Using functionality such as single sign has made the integration of Clearooms into our infrastructure so much easier.

Currently, we can't create our own MS Teams on the software, this has to be done by the support team but I believe this functionality will be given shortly.

Excellent. The entire Campbell Tickell Team is very happy with Clearooms. It is easy to navigate, adding new staff members as well as archiving leavers.

Clearooms has been a lifesaver for hybrid working. To add specific information for each user has enable the whole team to check which key holder (s) will be available in the office on a particular day to open/close the office. This has given the Management Team the much needed assurance that the office will be safe.

None to add. The entire CT's Team agrees that Clearooms is user friendly.

Definitely worth the money and I would recommend it for SME's. There are a lot of customisable functions which meets almost all of your business needs. We are not using it for hot desking, only for meeting room bookings and car parking bookings, but so far it has been good and regular users have found it easy to use.

Great price point, works well for what we need, lots of options to tailor to individuals needs.
The tablet functions look great for our meeting rooms.

The UI is hard to use, things are not clear or easy to find. I feel that this needs to be a bit more user friendly as sometimes you can be looking for a specific setting for ages and still not find it.

Our overall experience within Caseware is Excellent, the Clearooms team helped get us onboarded speedily and helped us with any issues needed.

The Clearooms product is by far the most superior product from our testing as there are many more products and features on this platform.

Works brilliantly for a global organisation, we have bookable office spaces in 3 different countries.
Easy to use from a users point of view.
Easy to administer from an IT point of view.
A lot of features such as desk booking, meeting room booking, visitor booking.
Great UI and ability to edit desks and desk plans uploads.
The Clearooms support Team and Tony are quick to support and improve, we have had a few bugs which the team have had fixed within a 24hr window and they are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

I don't like the fact i cant think of a con for this software, it does everything we need it to and more!

It's very good overall, pricing is only 3 because I'm unsure how much we paid for this product. Would definitely choose Clearooms again if we were to go back in time when we were deciding a booking software, knowing what we know now.

Great support team, nice interface, and quite powerful. Also an active dev team with increasing QoL features (like SCIM was introduced where it wasn't available previously)

The office map section where any changes are real-time and saved immediately, would love be able to confirm saving changes instead.

Great service and support from the team at Clearooms. I have already recommended them to one out our Groups companies.

Easy to setup and use. We completed out proof of Concept with Clearooms and were up and running in only a few weeks. This would have been a shorter period of time but we had to work around other projects and priorities.

We have had a good experience so far with Clearooms. The functionality we need is all there for us and when we have needed support the response has always been fast and resolved our issues.

Great integration with MS365 as well. Excellent fast support from the Clearooms team whenever we have had to ask them anything.

We didn't find the check in feature worked very well as people would just not check in and desks would free up and other people could turn up and want a desk that was in use.

Excellent product that makes booking hot desks simple and easy as well as easy administration via SCIM.

SCIM syncing and automatic user provisioning makes set up of new user accounts easy as well as user off boarding.

Issues with the app resulted in users getting a 'your trial has ended' message.

Clearooms is a fantastic desk booking solution that has been a key tool in our hybrid working environment. We're looking forward to adding more meeting rooms and booking screens in the near future.

Onboarding our users was super easy, everyone began using the app on mobile and the browser without any assistance from IT. Great price per desk.

Could benefit from Teams integration. We'd like more reports functionality including the ability to remove bank holidays or specific non-office days from our data.

This was a great solution to our hot desk setup and for staff to book out meeting rooms.
Easy to manage and more importantly easy for staff to use and check how many people are planning to use the office and conference rooms ahead of time.

Clear instructions and reminders to check in to the desk or room that was booked so it can be freed up if no longer required.

Nothing yet. Depends on how you set it up and use it. Like any solution if you keep it up to date it works best and keeps users happy with booking.

Very happy with the simplicity and overall use of Clearooms Portal. it allows me to get things sorted and booked much faster.

I love how simple the website/ portal is, it makes it very easy to book a meeting quickly and displays very simply where and when this will take place.

It would be nice to have a simple way of looking at an overall view of when a room is being used rather than having to scroll through each day. It would also be good to see whenever the room is being used rather than just my bookings.

Can only recommend this system for managing working spaces. The accompanying apps for mobile devices are brilliant.

Could have more branding options on the kiosk mode.

Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to maintain, good range of data comes out of it too. A user-friendly product, we have used since August 2021.

Flexibility of set up - it is so easy to upload room plans, design your layout and make changes if you so wish. The interfaces on the app and web browser versions are very easy to use, even our more inexperienced IT users can use it. There is a wide (and growing) range of functionality, we have recently linked our door access system (Paxton) and use it as our log for people onsite, for fire safety purposes.. The support team are on issues like a shot. Pricing model suits us too, as we have more people than desks. Couldn't praise them more.

Initial range of functionality, but we were early adopters. That has now been addressed, with more things in the pipeline.

I like it. It's extremely easy to book a full week, even a month, ahead which saves you having to book in a desk each day. And if you "forget" to confirm your booking you receive an email.

Quite easy to use, easy to see which desks are available. I book my desk at the end of each month for the following month.

Not enough people using it, not easy to see who's actually planning on coming in.

A highly recommendable app especially for us companies who are on a hybrid setup. Updates and after-sales support is already a thumbs up!

User-friendly, straightforward app and always provides updates. The After-sales support is also good.

The application is sometimes hanging, which leads to restarting the application again—few editing options in creating notes like adding images, fonts or color.

Makes my job easier. I don't have to approve any bookings like the old system giving me more time.

I love how simple not only the pricing structure is, but the functionality of the platform. Solved issues with booking meeting rooms within the business in a matter of days.

The UI could be a little better, whilst simplicity is good it's a bit basic looking.
