What is Clearwell AI?
Clearwell AI is designed as an asset intelligence platform specifically for contractors, inspectors, and owners engaged in the construction, inspection, servicing, and management of tanks, pressure vessels, piping systems, and other infrastructure assets. It creates a persistent asset record that combines field observations, ROV footage, drone imagery, ultrasonic and phased-array measurements, SCADA/IoT data, and historical information sourced from CRM or EAM systems into a cohesive timeline. Field teams can capture both structured and unstructured observations through photographs, voice recordings, and measurements, regardless of whether they are connected to the internet, while real-time inspections allow multiple teams to contribute to the same work order simultaneously. Leveraging AI, the platform categorizes findings into Safety, Security, Structural, and Coating classifications, prioritizes these issues, and converts observations into scored recommendations backed by evidence, standards references, estimated repair costs, and anticipated costs of inaction.
