Horrible company
Date: Oct 02 2022SummaryWould never recommend this company to any retailer unless they want to constantly deal with lots of frustration from technology glitches and horrific customer service.
PositiveNone. We are a retail store who started using this software because they were first to the industry.
NegativeThere were constant problems with their technology but originally they at least tried to work around the issues. Fast forward lots of mistakes with text technology glitches on their side that constantly made our store look bad, we finally left this poorly run company. The head of their technology promised that they would send us our database of customers but instead they sent us another company's list of contacts. When told of their error they refused to send our customer database.
