    I would not recommend this company. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave you stuck with a system that doesn’t work.

    Positive

    Attractive proposal: Their initial offer was well-structured and sounded promising.

    Polite communication (initially): The sales team was responsive before payment.

    Negative

    ❌ Failure to deliver: After 12+ months, I still don’t have a working POS system.

    ❌ WhatsApp integration not functional: One of the core features I paid for never worked.

    ❌ Unreliable technical support: Their support team (especially Mr. Ashik) failed to resolve basic issues despite repeated follow-ups.

    ❌ No accountability: They refused to issue a refund, even though the service was never fully delivered.

    ❌ Hiding behind "no refund" policy: They used this clause to avoid taking responsibility for non-performance.
