ClubExpress can be called an all-in-one software because we are able to manage membership in our group, schedule meetings, collect property rental dues, customize cash collection and more!

What I best like about ClubExpress is that it is very flexible to the needs of our organization, especially with customer support. Any time we have ever needed anything for our team and can't figure out how to process it on ClubExpress, we just contact their support and our questions are answered instantly.

At times the interface is quite difficult to use and could be made simpler. ClubExpress is probably way more powerful than is necessary for our organization but I still think that they could improve the user interface.

We have moved to ClubExpress to allow for online payment of dues. We are also managing our membership details and calendar of events through ClubExpress.

Love the ability for club members to pay dues online, sign up for events online, and place their own classifieds. I like that all aspects of our membership experience can be handled through ClubExpress.

No automated waitlist for events. This is my biggest gripe. We should be able to have a waitlist for events and have those on the waitlist (in order) be placed automatically into the attending section as members delete their registrations. It should then email the new attending member. Classifieds module end user UI needs to be improved.

We run our ski club on this software. The members are very happy with the ease of use from payment processing to finalization.

ClubExpress have been very supportive when we have needed their help. After many years of using this service, we have some experts in our club who can make things work quite well.

We have had a slight challenges with amending reservations for our trips and our solution has been cancelling everything on the backend and manually signing up the person from the backend.

ClubExpress has the ability to require payment along with registration which helped my organization manage and reduce our accounts receivable. Also, their support team is amazing! I mean really amazing.

The best thing about ClubExpress is the ability to keep a calendar of events that permits registration and payment of training events. You can organize the events that have options and these option can have a price tag or not.

Creating events takes a lot of getting used to. The functionality is there, but it's not very intuitive.

Has a centralized database for all club data, a unified user interface, and real-time data access. Web administration is now much easier.
Improvements made to the speed with which members may renew their memberships. This has helped us tremendously with event registration.

Usability is definitely the feature we like the most. Our club is run entirely by volunteers, so the fact that members can manage their own memberships and sign up or renew their own subscriptions online is a huge help.

Sending emails is not intuitive and we lack a lot of customization for our needs: we would also like better data management and development tools.

We are able to keep track of members and have regular e-mail correspondence. Would like posts to be integrated with Twitter and Facebook. Post it on our ClubExpress site involving the API.

ClubExpress does all the heavy lifting for our organization - brilliant communications tools, requires zero programming. It's an amazing tool to manage and connect with the members and a simple way to register.

I would suggest single sign on ability for members with Facebook or Google - people just tend to forget their passwords.

ClubExpress is really good to manage small organizations. It has various features integrated with it such as emails, documents, calendars, and so on. We don't have to go for multiple tools for each feature. Their team is extremely helpful and always there whenever there is a need. Ui is really great, and we can create and organize events very easily. Even non-tech persons can learn easily with their documentations and video tutorials. Overall, it's a great platform.

Using ClubExpress for the past 2 years. It's an exceptional platform to manage all office operations. We can easily create member databases, manage online events and even we can process credit card payments. We can easily change or update the web pages. We can easily conduct and organize all the events with the help inbuilt calendar. Their customer care support is very responsive. While compared to other competitors in the market, they offer exceptional service at a fair price.

Nothing so far. Our team evaluated several other platforms available in the market and we can say ClubExpress is really awesome. But design widgets need more improvement. It can also be slow when we add lots of files or events at a time. Other than this we are really happy with the product.

We appreciate all the work that is being done to enhance and grow the site, even if some of the new features aren't directly applicable to our organization. We like the tutorial videos and the availability of dedicated tech help.

The adaptability of ClubExpress, especially in terms of assistance, is what I like most about it. We have always been able to reach out to ClubExpress whenever we've had a query or problem with the platform.

The interface can be difficult to work with at times, in my opinion, and needs to be streamlined. I realize that the tool's capabilities much beyond what we currently need as a team, yet there are occasions when I wish the user interface were more refined.

ClubExpress has made it easier for us to manage our membership and our events. Member tracking, billing, and general communications are also easily handled with Club Express.

There's not much to dislike about ClubExpress. Email communication is a little bit old fashioned.

ClubExpress is a very thorough toolset - if you're doing membership, payments, event calendar etc. it has it all easily customizable and ready to go.

ClubExpress offers the breadth of options and tools to assemble and run the membership website is useful for novice and expert users. It is quick and simple to build each page and element.

Some practice is needed but you get the hang of it quick enough. Just a few of the more quirky menu items (ads in a scrolling list at bottom of pages) are a little tricky to remember where to load what element up each time an ad changes.

Our data is available to more employees, who may view and analyze the information. For relatively straightforward tasks, we are no longer reliant on the availability and understanding of a single individual. At our fingertips is all the departmental information. extremely useful when confirming membership.

We can extract all the information we require for choices concerning events creation, marketing, and member services thanks to the outstanding reporting tool. With the option to tailor the system to meet our unique requirements, the customer portal provides our members and customers with quick access to their accounts.

Although there is a steep learning curve at first, the ClubExpress team is fortunately supportive, for firms without a capable IT division.

ClubExpress is a great tool for running organization and membership websites. The solution allows you to establish a website, perform some basic e-commerce, and link to other applications with ease. Members adore how simple it is to manage their own accounts and the other member communication options.

When building our ClubExpress website, we ran across a few minor problems that we wish hadn't happened, but nothing that would have affected the overall operation.

New members use ClubExpress to register for our events. The average age of our members is roughly 80, so there are a few members who are afraid to use a computer or who have difficulty learning how. Fortunately, the Club Express user interface is so intuitive that almost all of our members use it (rather than call for assistance).

I believe that having live people answer the phones has to be my top Like. More than like, it is outstanding! Every time I cannot figure out a procedure, Club Express engineers solve my problem within minutes.

The website is really difficult, with far more features than is possibly needed. The pdf file is so long and I don't always find what I need there. Or if I do the image is nowhere close to what I'm looking at on my screen, so I call for support at that point.

ClubExpress has been of immense assistance and it has made it possible to schedule services for our members and get the request out to volunteers.

ClubExpress makes it easy to schedule services and maintain track of activities. It is also very easy to record donations and generate reports to show donations each month and year. There are lots of features, many that I haven't learned to use yet.

The reports are not intuitive. The titles for the reports don't necessarily allow user to know what information will be generated.

For clubs and memberships in general, I really recommend ClubExpress. Every day, it gets better. What I really want is a more convenient way to contact customer support (a chat feature would be great). If I don't phone the support line, it'll be a while before I get answers to many of my issues.

The program has very function that we might want in a management suite. As soon as we identify a need, we have access to whatever it is.

I have few complaints regarding the program. Although it's understandable to desire changes that aren't high on their list of priorities, the company generally does a decent job of releasing new versions and addressing user feedback with each one.

I like the simplicity of ClubExpress, as well as the flexibility. You can make your club page as basic, or fancy as you want. ClubExpress customer service provides expert opinion on technical matters, too.

A big part of why we went with ClubExpress was to have an email distribution list for the members. The problem is, that it is not really like that. It is actually a forum that members are essentially subscribed to. It works, but it is not exactly what I wanted.

Earlier our website was handled by a single person as our admin, email person, etc. so things bogged down fast when a member wanted to add news or images etc. We wanted to put more power into our member's hands and have. It's still early, but so far the feedback is largely positive!

I like that I can do everything from the website. Anything from sending emails to printing reports. I can keep track of all of the club members at the touch of my hand. ClubExpress is a lot better product than what we were using for the last two versions of our website

The text editor capabilities are a bit lacking, I'm used to more user-friendly editors like Tiny MCE, etc.

After much deliberation, we have decided to switch to ClubExpress, and we are confident that they will be able to provide our nonprofit with the resources it needs to thrive. Currently, the membership fee is being collected later than expected. Because of the built-in features of our website, all of our members, or just a select few, can have access to our secure online document archive. ClubExpress's included phone and email support is readily accessible to all subscribers.

Because of how important it is to our business, we can't do without this program. Without it, we'd have to hire full-time staff to do the work that volunteers are already doing. That would significantly increase the already modest fee we charge our elderly members for these services. For the past ten years, I've managed to run my business entirely online, without ever setting foot in an office. Meaning that coordinators can do their jobs without leaving their homes, this (directory, calendar, storefront, photo albums, custom video page). Helpful webinars and online courses are much appreciated. We are still finalizing our setup and are therefore not yet fully functional, but we are confident that our initial assumptions will prove correct.

For various reasons, we've fallen behind schedule in setting up, but based on what we've learned and accomplished so far, we've discovered that edit windows present some of the greatest difficulties due to inconsistencies in the available tools and formats.

For me, ClubExpress is worth it for the time I can save. Although the cost may not be the lowest, for one year it's not too bad, and you get a lot for your money. I really liked that it offers a great platform for registrations, emails, documents, and many other features. Like anything, there is a learning curve, although for me it hasn't been a big concern.

ClubExpress has made it as simple as possible to manage our memberships. Especially for someone who is not as knowledgeable about how to set things up independently. Setting it up is pretty straightforward, and I'm thrilled with all the options ClubExpress offers. Your team is extremely helpful and accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

To be perfectly honest, I have no complaints about ClubExpress. This add-on has been done by experts. They offer fantastic customer service. Every time I have needed help with troubleshooting, they have responded quickly and in great detail to help me.

We were able to integrate family memberships after some trial and error, identifying both the primary and secondary members so each could be treated as individuals (instead of both as a couple).

I can operate most of my member management from our website. As treasurer, the site handles billing and credit card payments very adroitly. I'd like some more ability to add features (for example, we offer discounted subscriptions, and some escrow management would be very helpful, but is not available).

The UI is not neat, and very linear. Titles of functions are not clear-cut, and a little experimentation is needed to get what the user wants. Also, reporting is stellar from the viewpoint of options for output, but I would like to see some more robust report creation features.
