    Non-Webmaster Friendly system

    Without a webmaster, we couldn't have launched a new website for our club, but the Success Team made it happen. Our Event Coordinators are able to handle the web pages for which they are accountable after seeing the ClubExpress films and contacting the 800 number provided.

    Positive

    As our webmaster suffered a stroke, we made the switch to Club Express. By working with them, we were able to switch from our previous platform to the Club Express system. After considering a number of other providers, our board ultimately settled on Club Express because of how well it matches our requirements.

    Negative

    The preformatted reports have varying degrees of usability. PDF reports are of high quality. However, the information available in the PDF reports is not replicated in any of the Excel reports.

    There are so many features available through ClubExpress and that we continued our subscription only with ClubExpress because it already offers it. We are also able to create multiple admin and users without an extra fee. We are satisfied with having one login to perform all the tasks.

    Prior to ClubExpress, we had several platforms managing our members, website, financials and communication. ClubExpress has saved us time and money by allowing all of these features to be placed in one locations.

    Multiple functions, one platform

    ClubExpress has a great many features, which are essential for our business growth. We don't have to go for multiple platforms and hence we can reduce a lot of time. The team is very responsive. With the platform, we can easily develop a website with all the features integrated with it. Their team is supportive enough that we can even suggest improvements relating to the tool.

    ClubExpress is integrated with various other platforms such as PayPal, google calendar, etc, so we don't have to go for each and every tool for our requirements. We can easily integrate social media platforms such as Twitter and LinkedIn, which helps boost our programs. With Authorize.net we can easily do credit card processing. Our team can able to reduce efforts in tax processing also with the tool.

    Negative

    Multiple downloads at a time are not possible with the tool. Better is they incorporate UPI applications with the platform. Integrating with platforms such as Instagram etc, are not possible. We are also facing some occasional issues with the tool such as difficulty in joining the meetings etc. But overall ClubExpress plays an important role in our business growth.

    ClubExpress offers great functionality for my organization

    ClubExpress is comprehensive, customizable, easy to use and reasonably priced. Thanks to its features, we were able to concentrate our efforts on creating and establishing our organization during the start-up phase, knowing that the necessary foundation was already in place. By automating volunteer registration, event and membership management, not to mention contacts with our members, we can easily manage our membership database and have saved a significant amount of volunteer time. We have expanded significantly, and ClubExpress has expanded along with us.

    ClubExpress is always innovating, adding new updates and features to improve the user experience. The communication tools do not allow you to create surveys, polls and mass emails to members. By giving us all of these capabilities with the flexibility to customize the privacy of content and your members, we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

    The image and video functions could be greatly improved. Also, ClubExpress is amazing.

    For customer support and ease of integration, ClubExpress is fantastic. I like how they are always taking suggestions for improvements and implementing those suggestions when possible. No site is perfect, but ClubExpress is pretty close!

    Simple, clean, easy to navigate site. Super simple to update content, and I would like to start "playing" with the website set-up to see if I can improve on the design and make it more timely. Accounting reports are great and easy to use. Email templates are always improving. Renewal process is incredibly easy.

    As with any AMS, it isn't perfect. I wish the membership card was not an extra expense (one time fee). I wish there was a search bar. Obviously, when you are looking for an improvement and are told that it isn't available, it's frustrating, but understandable as ClubExpress is a product that is tailored to meet the needs of multiple organizations, not just your own.

    Low cost and effective payment processing website.

    ClubExpress does all that we want right from collecting and depositing money, knowing how many are coming to events, able to restrict numbers when needed, email communications with our members and Board of Directors.

    Very inexpensive website setup with great features and relatively easy to use like collecting payments. Incorporation with PayPal. Easy login after signup or approval.

    It was not always as flexible as I would like. But I am sure that others out there with that are way more expensive and have more features than we could use or even justify buying. For us ClubExpress is a great fit.

    Everything is contained in one database: Document storage for our club; Member and non-Member management; Event management; online payments; direct Donations; Social media/Facebook interface; Newsletters; Quickbooks interface. We eliminated using Survey Monkey, Evite and Constant Contact.

    It is a wonderful club management platform, as well as a great template for our public website. Their customer support is outstanding. I like their monthly webinars and videos gallery. They listen to their customers that have suggestions for improvement.

    With many features available for clubs to use, it can seem a bit daunting for new users. It takes a knowledgeable user to guide a new user to understand which features they need and which ones they don't.

    ClubExpress helps us to manage our membership and track service usage. We track attendance at events and also the amount of volunteer time spent. I also appreciate the fact that Club Express are regularly updating and enhancing the software to make it more complete and user friendly.

    As we are a small, non-techie, non profit office run by a Social Worker, it is extremely helpful to be able to call ClubExpress with questions. They always help us find a solution and are very knowledgeable.

    The biggest downside is the fact that ClubExpress is slow to add additional modules to assist us.

    Support is good. They provide good service at a reasonable price range. It comes with a huge relational database so that it's easy to enter and retrieve details into the directory. We can easily collect payments and donations online.

    ClubExpress offers several options we are not using currently but hope to use in future for greater and frequent communication with our members.

    ClubExpress offers admin features which exists on each page and section. This helps you from not changing other pages when doing edits and tarnishing your page. We are not forced into admin rights, but can select to use it when needed. It is easier to see your site in public view to know if you have set things up correctly.

    Pages are difficult to adjust because they require HTML skills to finish it off. Specifically the table-like format of data.

    Overall, we are really happy with the product. Even though initial learning is difficult, their support is really good and always there when we need any help. Even creation and maintenance are really easy. We can easily customize membership according to our needs. We can easily change the code according to our wish.

    We had a good experience with ClubExpress when it comes in the case of club management. We can easily create websites with member databases, do online transactions, create directories and even we can add the interests of different members. They are making lots of constant efforts to add and improve additional functionalities. Their support is really responsive, and we like the membership module the most.     It will be better if the platform maintains a record of mail going out. Interface design is somewhat confusing. The platform is cloud-based, so it will be better to provide an offline version also.

    Even though some of the new features aren't specifically relevant to our business, we appreciate all the effort that is being done to improve and expand the site. We like the availability of specialized tech support and the instructional tutorials.

    We definitely choose usability above other features. Since our club is totally administered by volunteers, it is very helpful that members may manage their own memberships online and enroll in or renew their own subscriptions.

    We've been running behind schedule in setting up for a variety of reasons, but based on what we've learned and achieved so far, we've found that edit windows present some of the biggest challenges because of inconsistent tools and formats.

    ClubExpress is a cloud-based platform that supports Android, iPhone, and desktop. We don't need any programming or HTML experience to create a site. We can easily renew our membership. They provide excellent customer service. We can easily organize events and collect payments and donations online. They always keep their valuable quality!

    ClubExpress is a cloud-based platform to organize events for small to medium organizations. With ClubExpress we can easily plan events, manage volunteers and do fundraising. I like inbuilt templates most. We can easily customize our websites using this. The learning curve is so easy, and we can learn without depending on a techie. We can send bulk emails and messages using the platform. Their cost model is affordable. ClubExpress Support Team is fantastic.

    There are some areas where it's a bit clunky and challenging to use. It's very difficult to manage the platform on a phone. We always have to maintain a separate list of members. Other than this everything is good. We really love the product.

    The system's ability to automate the management of members in a voluntary club setting is remarkable. It's a robust piece of software with a wide range of capabilities, but the initial setup might be challenging for those who aren't accustomed to working with web-based applications.

    After getting the hang of it, it's not too difficult to use. Being a social organization, we don't need a lot of bells and whistles, thus our needs are straightforward. All of our events and membership renewals are handled through this system. There is a lot of value in the fact that renewal notifications may be set to automatically occur. The events plugin is fantastic, however it does have a few drawbacks. The outstanding assistance is one of the best features of CE. They are quick to respond, and I usually obtain a solution to my problem on the first try.

    Negative

    Despite its superior functionality and wealth of information, the system's development tools are old, and navigation may be a pain. If advancements in current technology aren't in the cards, at least phone support can make up the difference. Membership dues would be a huge boon to our organization as well. Perhaps that can be considered for a release in the future.
