What is Coaching Loft?
Coaching Loft is coaching management software used by individual coaches, coaching firms and organizations to run coaching programs end to end.
Coaches manage each coaching relationship from a single dashboard covering session notes, goals, tasks, assessments and progress. Sessions are scheduled through two-way sync with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, and clients can book themselves in. A library of more than 500 coaching questions can be assigned individually or bundled into sets. Coaching packages and programs set out milestones and timelines, and can be published publicly or assigned directly to a client. Coaching agreements are signed electronically, and invoicing covers creation, scheduled sending and payment tracking.
Every plan includes a free coachee portal, where clients track goals, actions, sessions and files, complete assigned forms and message their coach. Coaching firms and enterprise accounts also receive unlimited free coachee and administrator seats, white-labeling, single sign-on, and unified login across coach, coachee and administrator roles.
A built-in Coach Directory gives every coach a public profile and lets clients search by specialty, experience and availability, so the platform helps coaches find clients as well as manage them.
Individual plans run from $25 to $95 per month, with an entry plan at $12 per year. Firms and enterprise start at $95 per coach seat per month. Coaching Loft is operated by Fluent XP DWC-LLC, headquartered in Dubai.
