What is Coinme?

Coinme is recognized as a leading digital currency exchange that aims to make digital currency accessible to everyone. By promoting widespread access, Coinme seeks to foster fair chances for financial achievement. Through the Coinme app, users can easily buy, sell, send, and receive bitcoin, while also discovering new locations where they can convert cash into bitcoin or cash out from their bitcoin transactions. Established in 2014 as the first state-licensed Bitcoin ATM provider in the U.S., Coinme has expanded to operate the most extensive network of Bitcoin point-of-sale kiosks worldwide, largely due to its partnership with Coinstar. The company provides a robust network of cryptocurrency kiosks alongside a digital wallet that enables users to securely and conveniently purchase, store, and transfer digital currencies. Coinme firmly believes that sound money should be accessible to all, and it is dedicated to equipping individuals with the necessary knowledge and resources to utilize cryptocurrency as both an efficient payment method and a dependable store of value. Furthermore, through its initiatives, Coinme aspires to cultivate a greater awareness of the financial opportunities that digital currencies can offer, ultimately helping people to navigate the evolving landscape of finance.

    Coinme are crooks FTX 2.0

    Date: Dec 23 2023
    Summary

I bought several hundred dollars in LTC. From the Coinstar kiosk that Coinme has partnered with. I tried to withdraw the balance in 2 trnx and it said withdraw complete for both on the Coinme app. But nothing was sent AT ALL. Several days i tried to reach them through the app ,phone calls, emails and i haven't heard a damn thing. They literally just took my money and ghosted my ass. They are criminals plain as the day.

    Positive

Nothing good to say about them whatsoever. If you like to be overcharged, and then shortchanged and then robbed then this company is PERFECT for you!

    Negative

Overcharge for service high withdrawal fees they post value of crypto much higher than actual value to short change the hell out of you. No customer support available AT ALL. They will take your money and claim to have sent your crypto to your wallet but it never shows up EVER. it doesn't even get submitted to the blockchain. They are thieves %100. They need to be shut down before thousands more people become victims

Will steal your money and run

    Date: Oct 10 2023
    Summary

Zero stars. They won't even look at your chat for 3 or 4 days if your lucky and it says will respond in minutes lmfao..just plain and simple bunch of crooks that should be in jail.

    Positive

Nothing worst customer service in the history of companies zero help from customer service just a scam for sure.

    Negative

Guess you guys stole my money so now I guess I call the cops and get a lawyer. My money was stolen so I will contact the state attorney General and make a complaint and like I said. File a report at the police station. This is obviously a scam and your company needs to forced to close since from other reviews I read this is common practice to steal Bitcoin from people. Thieves always get caught sooner or later. Enjoy it while you can.
