    Very good experience with them. Technology is new and will definitely have a few tweaks to do to truly make it aligned to your business but excellent support from contact swing has made it helpful

    We had good experience with the product as it can leverage not only the voice, sms but also combine with email and calendar for our business. It is extremely flexible and no code use case. we use it for insurance business and it has improved our business significantly after hours and helping as assistant to existing team. Best Part is it can help us with minor but time consuming things like automatically scheduling calendar and sending us email and reminding us again

    One thing i learnt while building the AI Agent for specific business is understanding how prompting works. Inspite of the technology being no code, as a business we do have a learning curve on promoting. Agents work mainly on prompting and even though ContactSwing has helped us with this quite a bit but having an understanding before using the agents helps us.
