Game changer for my pizza shop
Date: Apr 02 2026SummaryA great experience so far. I've had this in my shop for almost 8 months and not hearing the phone ring every 2 minutes was a bit weird at first. Seeing the tickets print out accurately has increased my google reviews and some people even comment about how nice the lady on the phone is. They've made some great improvements to the dashboard that allow me to control upsells and revenue reports.
PositiveFast set up, responsive support, cheaper than hiring idiot kids. My orders are now accurate and get sent right to my printer. Makes weekends much easier because I don't have customers waiting on hold or 17 year olds not showing up for work or not answering the phones. I'm opening up a 2nd location in June and will be using Loman at that shop too.

Disaster of Loman.ai
Date: Feb 10 2026SummaryI am super mad with their technical team support as they never fix my issue which i sent them in over literally more than 100 emails and problems are not solved but still they want to charge me monthly regardless i am using or not their AI system .
I never right bad reviews for small mistakes but with them i was in process to make Loman.ai agent right for my pizza place and that annoys me more for not solving my problem and charge me big bucks.PositiveI got really bad experience so no pros for them.
They did not fix the problem and still charged me $1000.NegativeOnline team support is terrible.

I had Loman.ai in my pizza place from 4 months and they are not able to figure out why there AI agent is not able to take orders correctly or why it gives incorrect information to the customers.
They said they improve their service overtime but it is almost 4 months and l don’t want to loose my customers with improper answers and finally get frustrated and get out from their contract but i got charged more than $ 1000 which they are not ready to refund me for terrible AI service.
Think twice guys before you dive into it .
