A simple to use tool that integrates your event info into a quick and easy to build and use mobile app for your event, whether it be simple or complex!

For me the pros of Attendee Hub are it's ease of use, integration with event features and the customization available.

It's a great tool for your event however the pricing was a bit higher than we would have liked.

Overall the Attendee Hub functionality is easy to use and understand. The main area of improvement I would like to see pertains to generating attendance reports regardless of the platform used if possible when the program concludes. Also, it would be helpful to make the reporting more simplified as it could be hard to understand the difference amongst the varies different ones (session attendance history vs session attendance details by session).

- If a webinar/conference is hosted by a third party platform such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom, attendance reporting is not available.

I would recommend but a lot of training is required. It needs to be acknowledged that there are a lot of things that could easily be missed.

It is easy to use and learn.
It makes the event management process a lot more streamlined.
The system is intuitive in that there are aspects that can be turned on which you may not have even thought about.
Leader in the market and it is obvious to see why.

Some big items aren't always clear and you have to click through a few things to find what you are looking for - meaning it is easy to accidentally send communications out wrong.
Larger learning curb and hard to find the answer occasionally.

Overall I am happy with this product. It doesn't take a ton of time to get it how you want it & Im always impressed with how my event website/app turned out. Our attendees also love the ease of the product.

Simple but enough customizations to brand it as your own. Once the product has been launched, our attendees have nothing but great things to say and hardly anybody comes to us during the event needing a walk through on what to do.

Sometimes it can be too simple. Would love to be able to do a bit more with attendee hub like have a poll running on the main page.

With Attendee Hub, we can create a completely customized interactive experience for our in-person, virtual, or hybrid events. We'll have access to add an Event App and Attendee Website to our event and all our sessions, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees will automatically integrate.

Less Friendly Negotiation and the agenda breaks out onto additional pages, guests cannot share profile images

Having worked with Cvent extensively over the years, I can confidently say it has been a reliable and robust platform. The customer service team stands out for their responsiveness, and my overall experience has been consistently positive.

While Cvent has some restrictions in customization and design flexibility, it's worth noting that the platform has made notable improvements to these areas over the past two years.

So far it works really well for us and we enjoy the ease of how everything works and connects to each other.

It works really well for our needs and we really like how it's all set up and creating the home page and tabs are fairly straight forward.

I wish we could find out more about the updates and have more of a walk through on items instead of just the webinar.

It is easy to use and great for virtual and hybrid events. It has solid tools for registration, engagement, and reporting. While it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, it’s reliable for streaming and offers good integration with other platforms. Overall, it’s a solid choice for managing events.

Attendee Hub is such a great tool for attendees. Gives attendees the chance to communicate and also can flow into the mobile app.

Very user friendly, it is great for attendee communication and virtual events. Giving great options for attendees who cannot be in person!

Session upload can sometimes be annoying uploading on the back end, you have to do it one by one.

I like the design and how easy it is to use on the daily. It keeps us organized and keeps our reports clean for our managers.

The lack of support when you come to a issue that leaves me at a blank, sometimes finding the solution take awhile

Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the Attendee Hub. It’s easy to find in the App Store, and our attendees are used to it.

Love that this easily integrates with Cvent so I can make changes in real-time and update attendees.

I don’t love the desktop interface, it’s lacking in visual appeal.

Overall, I really like attendee hub as a whole. However, I think there is a lot of improvement to be made on the appointment and polling features. Appointments take way too long to set up for how we want them (nothing out of the box, just that attendee can book appointments with each exhibitor at their table. Polling is also not great and would be good if all questions were visible on the screen for the host to read rather than the person moderating

Ease of setting up the app, functionality + attendees find it easy to use. I like how sleek it looks and how it can be customised a fair amount.

I like the ease of use of Attendee Hub, and the speed at which we can make on-the-fly updates. Integrating maps, QR scanning, and session planning are our most used features.

There is sometimes a learning curve for attendees who are not familiar with event app software.

It's a complete mobile app! When you get the hang of it, it's really ease to use and perfectly customizable!

The information you can put in the app is endless! I like how it's connected to the registration in Cvent and how it pulls the data you entered. And I love that you can customize the design, images and icons depending on the client!

It's not as user friendly as it could be. You can put so much data that sometimes it can get confusing. I think that the «more» page shouldn't exist. All the pages should be accessible through the home page. And the profile was better in a tab than in the top corner!

Attendee Hub takes your events up a notch in professionalism and capability. It truly adds to the overall event experience for your attendees, as well as streamlining the check-in and event communication processes for your internal team.

Attendee Hub is a streamlined platform. It's easy to use both as a facilitator and event attendees. It has become ubiquitous with high-level events, so the platform is familiar to attendees. The peer-to-peer attendee networking is a high-value function of the platform.

Attendee Hub is not the least expensive option on the market. Additionally, the team at Cvent is not always readily responsive, so your internal team needs to be well informed on the system and troubleshooting.

Overall this was a great solution for us. We had 500+ people download and use the app without a single problem. The ability to customize and connect directly to Cvent proved significantly time-saving for us.

This was our first year trying the Attendee Hub mobile app and it was so easy to set up. The features and functionalities for the most part met all of our needs and even offered some things we hadn't planned but we're a nice added touch. The team we worked with to help launch in the store was also very responsive. We did polling and

Still a few things that would be nice to customize - i.e. we couldn't alter what options showed up along the bottom so couldn't focus what we really wanted to highlight

IT makes life a lot easier when sharing information about the event. Having that one go to place for the attendee to find their agenda, the exhibitors/sponsors at an event, floor plans, etc. all on one device makes things a whole lot easier

The Attendee Hub is a go to space for sharing information with our attendees both pre & post event. Having a one stop platform to share an attendees agenda, have a list of sponsors and exhibitors, and to be able to share virtual content is extremely useful. On the day of an event, being able to configure and schedule notifications and reminders to all attendees also makes life a lot easier when you are busy doing other things. It is very easy to set up and we typically use it for all of our main flagship events

It can be a little clunky when it comes to the finer details of set up. For example, you have to know which sessions will be included and which will be optional etc. There also seems to be a small loophole when it comes to sharing virtual content to specific admission item holders.

Amazing to be able to leverage the content and configuration from registration to carry into the mobile app resources.

So much data can be communicated in user-friendly formats that it makes building easy. Adding content is simple.
