Overall, been very pleased with the software, and so has the rest of my team. Also customer support is helpful when needed.

Was easy to learn and onboard other team members. user interface is clean. has all the necessary key features.

My company used DealRoom and it's the quickest I've ever caught on to a new software. Some of these data rooms can be very complex, confusing, and overpriced. That was not the case with DealRoom.

Used all providers previously, however exclusively use DealRoom since switching. Most user-friendly platform with best features.

I have had a great experience overall with deal room. My coworkers also like the ease of use the platform provides and our customers really like the affordability of the platform. I would recommend deal room.

Super user friendly, not overly complicated, and relatively inexpensive. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an easy to use data room for their client at a relatively affordable price. Our clients seem to also have no issues with the deal room platform.

The platform doesn't have all the perks of some platforms such as the question and answer features, CIM and teaser watermarking capabilities, and other items, but in my everyday experience I usually prefer ease of use over some of these items I just mentioned.

Very good overall experience, am always happy to use. Feature-rich, and all features are relatively intuitive and easy to use.

Like the ease of setting up notifications. Easy to use product, easy to navigate documents. Better than many alternatives.

Some of the UI is a bit clunky, and sometimes the docs can be hard to download.

Overall we've been happy. I can easily follow up with stakeholders and ensure that they are receiving notifications.

The task tracking has assignees, reviewers, due date, priority. From a project management standpoint, it is pretty comprehensive. Permissions are easy to adopt. The business users like it.

There is not a board feature to visually present progress like Trello or Jira that is often used in Agile Project Management.

As a user I am happy with DealRoom and I believe it will save us time keeping the docs together.

It is very easy to use, and every new team member can learn at a drop of a hat. You can pretty much do an M&A transaction inside the Dealroom.

The best thing about Dealroom is that it is cloud-based. The team can review and share information in real-time. It also has VDR functionality, so I don’t have to jump from one app to another. Everything that I need is already on one platform, which makes our job a lot easier.

There’s really not much to say here. Amongst other platforms, Dealroom offers a lot more and charges less.

Overall, I am impressed by the platform and have found that using it increased the efficiency of coordinating the timely review of a large number of documents.

I really like the flexibility of options and configuration that is afforded by the DealRoom platform. Document-specific permissions can be set, and documented comments back-and-forth are supported. I also appreciated the ability to express relationships between documents (e.g., parent-child and/or parallel relationships).

I couldn't easily figure how to display the Assignee(s) tied to any particular request or document.

I would use it again, and share even more deal details with other partners. The online-based software also means my disk space was free, and navigating was easy as pages aren’t overloaded.

Everything we needed was there, populating the boxes was easy, and the outcome was super professional.

Price was quite high, especially for companies trading in non-US$ currency

Great experience using DealRoom as a document viewer. I would strongly consider using this platform for our own documents as well as those of our portfolio companies.

The platform was very easy to use as a document reviewer, in terms of viewing and organizing documents as well as downloading them.

No cons based on my usage. I found the platform to be very easy to use , which is the most important component of data room usage from my perspective.

l like it a lot. We have closed several M&A deals with it's help. We are also using it for the internal document and project management.

Very easy to use, have all the features we need. It has requests management which we are using for diligence process which is unique. Clean and easy to navigate design.

We have some difficulties with long file names while downloading them, but after contacting to the support we have figured out how to deal with it.

Better than many others datarooms. Although, as I indicated above, there are several features that can be improved.

Instant notifications, easy to sort and search info, user-friendly. simple to use and navigate, overall high rating.

I have seen a dataroom where you can upload information request list, so a company may update/close and comment on requests directly and see if any documents were uploaded for that particular request. Super convenient! it would be nice to set different notifications for different deals/ projects.

It's among the better data sites I have used. It's not as popular as some of the others, so a lot of the software and tools I use are not integrated yet.

Great overall experience. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and downloading files is easy.

Easy to navigate and organize data. Recent Files smart folder makes locating new uploaded files very easy.

Nothing overly negative to note. Would be great if there was an option to make folders display the most recent date on which a file imbedded inside was uploaded.

Overall I believe the platform is very good, and it allows for a good collaboration between the parties involved in the project from different companies and also from different departments in each company.

Simplicity, and nice overview given in the 1st page, similar to a control panel. Red labels on the items show what items have not yet been looked at by the reviewer/user, and this is positive. Also the fact that it shows a timeline on when the items will be closed is a positive thing.

When updates arrive by email, and when you press the link it doesn't guide you to the update but to the general page and you have to check where the update occurred. This should be more user-friendly and the link should take you exactly where the update is. Room for improvement!

Dealroom has made managing projects a lot easier. Monitoring different workstreams and file visibility is awesome.

As a moderator, I love how I can set the visibility of certain confidential files and hide them from people who are not supposed to see them. Also, Dealroom has a feature that lists down all the active users of the platform which gives me instant access to the list of people involved in a certain deal. It’s amazing.

There's not a lot to say in this matter. This is a feature-rich product that has very few flaws. I would appreciate a cellphone app though.
