Dispatch.City Verified Customer Reviews (2026)

RouteGenie is NEMT software running medical transportation operations at scale: 600+ fleets, 20,000+ vehicles, 46 states and two countries, approximately 50,000 trips every day. Where operators feel it: schedules rebuild automatically with native multiload, not by hand; broker trips flow in and statuses flow back across 28 live integrations including ModivCare, MTM, Veyo, Verida, SafeRide Health, Alivi, MAS and Uber Health; Medicaid billing, CMS 1500, claim scrubbing and denial management live in the same system as dispatch. Multi-site operators run every location in one instance with role-based access and a complete audit trail on every trip change. Enterprise administration comes standard: SAML2 SSO, single-tenant deployment with per-customer data isolation, SOC 2 Type 1 attestation, HIPAA-aligned controls and BAAs, open REST API. Pricing is flat per vehicle with unlimited trips and unlimited users — cost tracks fleet size, not trip volume or headcount, so total cost does not climb as volume grows. Enterprise agreements include dedicated implementation, named support and RFP support. No fleet minimum.
