Great & Affordable E-Sign Application with templates
Date: Jul 19 2020SummaryOur small business works with lots of other small business (solo/small group health care providers). Their time is extremely limited and they are not able to print, sign, scan and email or fax back documents and contracts. DocHub has allowed us to forward documents that our providers can quickly sign with their computer or more often, their mobile phone. Our clients really like the ease/speed of use which allows us to quickly onboard them/their practices.
We've started using more templates for common tasks and documents which has saved us time (and money) and allowed us to be more compliant with our processes and legal requirements.
I've had a couple of issues and received responses pretty quickly from support with solutions or alternative ways to do what I'd like.
Lastly, from a cost standpoint, Dochub was the best combination of features and value I was able to find and I looked at a half dozen different solutions.PositiveDochub is easy to use, just upload the document and add the fields you want and send it out.
Signatures meet ESIGN and UETA requirements making them legally binding.
You can create templates that you "prefill" with data so your signers don't have to add their own information making the process fast and professional.
The portal is customizable/brandable to your signers see your logo/brand.
Saves time/speeds up closing contracts when all the signer needs to do is use their fingers (on a mobile device) to sign rather than printing, signing, scanning and emailing back (our old process).
Makes us look good/professional!NegativeThe navigation when adding form fields to a document is confusing at first. You have to click on an icon in the menu to show the list of fields to add.

You cannot (from what I can tell) save a draft of a document you are setting up for signature for later completion.
