    Summary

    Dokmee stands out for being a more reliable ECM than the others, and for allowing an unlimited flow of scans without having to pay more. Dokmee is highly recommended for creating backups of all those important reports that need constant backups and require a high level of quality.

    Positive

    With Dokmee you get support for many different documentation formats, which is positive when you need to convert Microsoft Word or Excel documents into readable formats such as PDF without losing quality. Dokmee stores all scans in the cloud directly from the scan execution.

    Negative

    The artificial intelligence proposed by Dokmee apparently tends to have mistakes with data authentication, which sometimes makes it difficult to access the information we have saved within the platform. The solution found has been to keep backups of each document, and copy the information from the security keys.
