I’m a lot happier since switching to DoorLoop, and so is my team. We are really enjoying the software capabilities.

DoorLoop is a fantastic platform for communicating with tenants and collecting rent payments. It's equally good for sending out notices to tenants when you need to access their property. I used it as a landlord and will use it again if I ever have properties that I need to rent out again in the future.

Though it is easy to use now, it took us a while to figure out all the features. There’s a lot of features, and we are still learning. The tutorials and help center gives a great deal of assistance, however.

I saved so much time and money using DoorLoop, I highly recommend it. It's a must-have for any landlord that wants to manage their properties and tenants.

I honestly don't know what we did before DoorLoop. We used to spend hours and hours working on our reports. Now we spend just a few minutes. I wish I had this program sooner!

No negatives as of yet, they have a robust accounting suite that rivals some of the larger players that have been on the market much longer.

It has allowed us to streamline the process of managing maintenance requests, create and send appointment reminders, and track all of our contacts. The system is extremely user friendly and our staff love it.

DoorLoop helps us keep track of all of our contacts, including tenants, owners, vendors, and subcontractors. It also allows us to schedule service calls with our tenants when we need to send out a technician. We can also add notes about the property and tenant which helps in organizing everything.

Nothing yet, the website continues to be improved since the software is new so I can only expect more good things.

Finally a software that can handle accounting for all my units. QBO was not cutting it for my operation.

Great accounting software for my properties, very easy to use, and great customer support. I love the design of this, it makes accounting a breeze.

The software is super easy to use from my tablet, and am looking forward to the iphone app soon.

Having passed through rough years in the past, things have really changed today. I can confirm that we were able to double our collections after inspecting DoorLoop. I recommend this software.

We are now focused on core issues of our business because this software has allowed us to automate that department. The software promotes more growth because we are able to save time and money.

Door Loop is a great approach for property managers. It's easy to set up and use. The customer service is great - special thank you to Daniel for helping me. Doorloop has helped me to track and manage all of the maintenance requests coming in. I can take control of the process and keep track of when work is completed.

Doesn’t have all the integrations I’d like just yet. I spoke to the customer reps about this and they took the time to see what integrations I’d like to see and told me they will ask their development team and let me know. Great service.

No complaints - great overall team, great support, and great software. Very easy to use. I love it more because it's user friendly and easy to use.

I love DoorLoop! I have been working with DoorLoop for a couple of months now and am so pleased with the service and support I have received. I needed no training after playing around with the program. I was a little nervous at first about trying a new system, but the transition was so easy! The accounting/report system is fantastic. Their customer service also made me feel like a valued customer and not just an interruption to their day.

I would love leasing templates per State, but apparently it’s a legal liability so they don’t offer it at the moment. You can however upload your own template.

If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about you and your business and not just the dollar signs behind your name, than doorloop is your company.

The friendly family behind DoorLoop. I do not know many companies, of any field, that truly consider your suggestions, concerns, or any remark for that level. I had one suggestion in the beginning of joining the software, and they scheduled a follow-up 30-minute call with me to know every detail of the improvement I envisioned. It ended up benefiting my business tremendously, and that care was something I hadn’t seen with other businesses. They even asked if there was a way they could solve that suggestion in the meantime!

I would love a “what’s coming” section that indicated what new features are being added.

I receive answers to my questions within minutes from American English representatives in the same time zone as my company. Even though they state that they do not offer tech support on weekends, they will still respond to my tickets if it is urgent.

Doorloop has completely streamlined our process. Their platform is very intuitive and easy to use, and I love the fact that it is cloud based. Since the beginning, their customer service has been excellent. I recommend them to anyone looking for a property management software that is user friendly and easily scalable. I've used Yardi, AppFolio, and Buildium in previous companies, and I have never experienced such a great service like DoorLoop.

Although it is a great security feature, I don’t like that I need to input a long and secure password when logging in.

It is definitely a game changer for all landlords and property managers out there. We managed to see a great improvements.

I always thought that every property management software was not user friendly and extremely outdated. I had to go through so many steps just to make any changes. I am new to the program and as with any software you can expect issues, and the responsiveness is an area where DoorLoop really shines. Tenants really appreciate the tenant portal and owners are seeing rental income in their accounts faster and look forward to monthly P&L reports that confirm their occupancy rates, return on investments and liabilities are in order.

Owners appreciate DoorLoop for the easy access to important information they need to run their business and how quickly rental income makes it into their bank accounts.
Tenants appreciate DoorLoop's tenant portal for the easy payment options, and full access to their payment history and deposits.
DoorLoop also helped get a handle on maintenance request by keeping all interested parties informed of the status of any request.

Not really a negative if you understand the product is in the final stages of development.

I will be using DoorLoop for all of my rental properties in the future and I am 100% confident that they will continue to deliver high quality software, with excellent support.

Monday.com, what I used before, was great for task management, but DoorLoop specifically caters to property management and does so much for me.

I am happy it offers many features I don’t use yet, so I can grow into it.

It’s saved us a lot of time and headaches so far, even with something as simple as screening and bg checks.

The software is great and it has really streamlined the tenant screening process for us. For a small company like ours, this is really important as we’d normally just do it ourselves.

We switched to Doorloop because it was easier to use. Doorloop is very clean and the navigation is easy. We are very happy with our new property management system.

We quickly realized there had to be a better way to sort through our documents and that's when we discovered DoorLoop. DoorLoop has changed the way we work and communicate with our tenants. We used to spend hours searching for files online, in emails and filing cabinets. Now we can easily find any document, whereas before we were scanning everything into different Dropbox folders. I have used many other PM programs and I can honestly say that DoorLoops search feature is by far the best. My rep, Adam, showed this to me on my demo, and I was truly blown away. It's so easy to find any document, tenant, or task in seconds. My favorite feature is the ability to add notes to any task. This comes in handy when you're on the road and need to make some notes about a property while you are out showing it.

Truly nothing as of yet, I wish I had more time to explore the software!
