We are in the process of transitioning from an old and overly complicated SIS and our transition to DreamClass has been a breeze. They have an amazing support staff and development team. As an institution with a lot of older instructors and and students, the ease of navigating a web app like this makes life much easier for all.

Constantly adding new features.
Integration with Stripe.
Fantastic support team with quick response.

To meet the character minimum here, I would just like to say there are no cons I can think of quite yet!

DreamClass has everything we need to aid in our school and the price, customer service, and technical support help you feel like IT is right down the hallway. They have been great to work with and I appreciate that they are so hands-on and prioritize my questions and personalize features for our school.

DreamClass is an easy-to-use student management system that allows for a small school to have top-of-the-line software. The team sets up video calls, where they share their screens, and go through how to use their program. It is super user-friendly and very aesthetically pleasing.

I would say that the updates (which are great) can be hard to navigate after you start doing things a certain way. When setting up anything from scratch, it can be intimidating, but I found that the DreamClass Team is right there with you.

The platform has the necessary functions to manage a school and I see that they are always updating and adding functions, so I think that over time it will be much more complete. I use DreamClass every day and discover some new features now and then, I recommend it!

Overall user experience is great. We are a professional school with approximately 90 students, after trying other management systems for schools, I chose DreamClass because it is easy to use and intuitive, the general user experience is good. Whether for students, teachers and parents, it is simple and concrete. The customer service is excellent, the team is friendly and always willing to help. The price is affordable for a startup like us, and by not having customization and installation costs like large companies have, it is possible to start using the platform immediately.

I can't think of any cons, since when we have had a technical problem, the technical service has immediately started to resolve it.

I feel guilty getting such a great product and such amazing customer service for this price. Sign up now while it is drastically underpriced.

The price initially drew me to the software. It is a fraction of the cost of the alternative we were using before. But the team at DreamClass is what will keep me here as long as I am in charge of our school. They are super responsive to customer feedback, and it is obvious they take pride in their work. The software does all I need it to do now, and there are many features that I anticipate our fledgling school will grow into in the next few years. Additionally, it is much easier to use than much more expensive competitors.

Nothing, but since I have a minimum number of characters to fill, there are a few features that I think could be improved. But I believe Angeliki when she says their team is working on them.

Overall using DreamClass as streamlined our registration process and eliminated the need for multiple systems to collect registration and fees.

DreamClass allows us to enroll students online into our microschool program and our summer camp program. We've been able to streamline the process from using three different system to collect payment and registration forms to using this one system. The training videos are super helpful.

Some features seem hidden and difficult to find unless you know where to find it.
