Less Headaches and Made Managing Our HOA Easy
Date: Nov 06 2025SummaryOverall the software is easy to use just like the name says. They software does pretty much everything we need to manage our HOA and their support is bar none the best.
PositiveI love that I can access the software anywhere and manage everything all in one place. The telephone feature where they provide a phone number for our HOA is huge. We can use this number to receive calls or texts from members in our HOA. And then finally I like the accounting module and features where I can connect the HOA bank account and keep everything in one place. Oh and I forgot to mention their support is the best. Very helpful and nice.
NegativeThe only con I can think of for now is that they don't have one report that I want but it is probably something only I would use anyway. They have talked about adding it for me so that is a plus.
