Easy Scheduling!
Date: May 25 2023SummaryEasyShifts has been a huge help for our facility! We went from using an excel spreadsheet between 3 shifts and they became so messy! This helps with shift changes or trades and requests off!
PositiveEasyShifts allows all employees to trade shifts with each other within the platform. EasyShifts allows a template to be created and carries over week to week.
NegativeEverything has been going well and I can't say I have any complaints at this time! EasyShifts was able to explain any issues I have had! (turned out to be operator error)

PositiveWe use this for 4 different teams across 4 hospitals and everyone can see who is working at each site so they know who to contact if an issue should arise. It has made flexing to other sites more accessible. It is easy to pull up on computer or phone to see and make changes if necessary.
NegativeWhen a team member leaves, I accidentally froze them to quickly and then there was manual work to fill those open shifts. When a team member leaves, it usually takes a while to fill their role, so that transition is challenging.

We hear you about team members leaving, and are excited to tell you about the EMPLOYEE REASSIGNMENT feature that will allow you to easily reassign all shifts from both templates and schedules from a set date to a different employee! Just go the the EMPLOYEE page, click EDIT on the staff member who is leaving, then go to the EMPLOYEE REASSIGNMENT tab to set that up. Don't have the new hire ready to go yet? You can assign those shifts to a temporary dummy employee account and then switch all the shifts over all at once when you find your new hire. We are sure this new feature will save you hours! Handy Dandy!
Date: Jan 14 2022SummaryMy staff Supervisor does the scheduling. I am still not familiar with all of the functions available. However, it does seem to be quite handy and serve our purpose very well.
PositiveI do like that it is easy for all staff to log in and see schedules and trade or pick up shifts when necessary.
NegativeStaff does seem to have trouble using some features on the mobile ap. As long as they go to the website everything seems to work well.
