I have been using Emaze for over 2 years now and it has been a wonderful experience when it comes to creation presentations, this software is continuously improving and adding more intuitive features to create presentations, I have been creating presentations to show product samples to my team and to discuss different projects, all these presentations have been very versatile and dynamic and keep everyone engaged as it has the right templates, and it also has saved me a lot of time as I can have everything pre-done by creating templates from past projects and when I have to create a new presentation, I can replace the information and customize it to my liking, without starting from scratch. Emaze also has many beautiful templates created by them and they are also very diverse.
This software has also allowed me to have my presentations feel like my brand, because it has many tools that allow me to put distinctive features about my brand so the presentations are easily recognizable and have a familiar look to them, providing a sense of comfort for everyone reading and looking at the presentations. Emaze also provides a great sense of security, with many safety levels that protect all the information and all the presentations from being stolen or leaked, which honestly, is very relieving.

Emaze is a wonderful tool to create amazing presentations- I like the ease in which the presentations are made thanks to its tools and how it creates a perfect balance between professionalism and creativity, leaving room for both and showing that these two aspects can perfectly coexist and give a great result at the end. Emaze’s different tools that it provides are smart and powerful enough to create a diversity of presentations that feel very welcoming, stunning and with enough information that it does not feel cluttered but it also does not feel too empty or boring. It has smart technology that gives me the ability to import past presentations and create templates based on them, which speeds up the work and gives me the opportunity to save a lot of time with creating presentations; Emaze also has different creation features that make the presentations feel very diverse and visually engaging, providing different options such as 2D or 3D presentations, and choose whichever feels more comfortable depending on the project.
This software has a great advantage and it is that remote working with it is very much possible, other softwares that I have tried can only be worked on individually and then I would have to export and share the presentation with coworkers through an external option such as email, but with Emaze I have been able to connect my team and work with them simultaneously as we communicate and create beautiful presentations together and it has saved so much time and difficulties, because things tend to get lost in the email, or they get opened late and work is delayed. With Emaze I can easily work with other people without needing to do all this and it has increased productivity a lot.

I think that Emaze is a very complete software with many delightful tools, however, it has quite a few downsides to it. For example, the pricing is very high and to be able to access the most important features, they are only available in the most expensive plans. I would like to see more accessibility and more affordable plans coming up in the future. Another thing that I find very disappointing while using Emaze, is the lack of integrations with third-party applications, for example, I would like to use it with Slack to increase collaboration with teammates, because even though Emaze enables collaboration between people and remote work, I would like to be able to communicate with my team through this integration and be able to access the presentation through a shortcut in Slack or something similar, I feel like it would be very beneficial and it would increase productivity among us. Lastly, I would like to see more options when it comes to multimedia availability, like different customization when it comes to images or videos, it would be really great to be able to customize multimedia to the fullest in order to create the most incredible presentations.
