Overall I am happy and I am a really sceptic person, so that says a lot if you know me. But i am so happy with how it went and that i got my tickets so fast in my wallet.

I use this product only for buying festival tickets or event tickets, Eventix really is an easy to use platform for this. Everything works fine and I never had any issues. Everything is clear for me and I have no issues finding the right features. The design is very clear.

The €1,50 I had to pay but I think that’s not too bad as I think it’s normal.

Using Eventix to buy tickets has always been easy and quick, no troubles navigating the website or difficulties in finding what I want to find.

The website works very well and makes it easy to buy tickets for every type of event. Whether it is a festival, musical or other event.

I didn’t find anything i can call a con, but it is kind of annoying that when the tickets are sold out the website makes a notification on the screen.

It is great, I have bought tickets a lot last year and it never disappointed me. Also the collab between Eventix and TicketSwap is a great solution for if you do want to go to an event after all of if you can’t go.

You can sell again easily through TicketSwap which makes the choice to buy a ticket less hard. Als the event you do are great.

It is a bit expensive with the extra costs etc but it's ok.

Cannot tell what features are Eventix related vs Website/Company related (example: why are the credit card fees so high? forces you towards one payment type).

There lot of options of payment. You can buy money (w) for drinks and food there. Really easy because you don’t need to queue when you’re there.

I really liked that you can personalize your wristband.

A shame that we cant spend the night there, really difficult to find an affordable accommodations. Luckily I live in Bruges so it’s not dat away.

The experience was a pretty standard payment experience. Clicked some buttons, filled out some fields, got redirected to my bank to pay, got tickets.

This was the first time I've used Eventix to buy tickets, and as expected, there were no hiccups. Process was easy and intuitive (and quick).
