The Christmas tree rental service I experienced was an absolute game-changer! Firstly, the convenience factor was off the charts. The pickup was smooth, saving me time and effort during the busiest time of the year.

The tree selection was top-notch. I was blown away by the variety of trees available—tall, short, bushy, or slender, you name it! Plus, they were all incredibly fresh and smelled divine, instantly infusing my home with that nostalgic holiday fragrance.

Honestly, the only downside I can think of is having to say goodbye to the tree at the end of the season! After decking it out with ornaments and making it a part of the family for a few weeks, it is gonna be a bit bittersweet to see it go. But hey, that's the deal with rentals, right?

May be a option of making payment directly from the bank account, without any extra charges can be included in the payment options.

That Eventix does not accept American Express cards. It would be also appealing to see the acceptance of such cards.

i have heard of other users, there was a "429 Too Many Requests. Unknown if its cause of the organiser or cause by Eventix.

Eventix is an extremely helpful site. I always buy my tickets very easily with the Ideal function and I sometimes have the problem that I lose my ticket in my mailbox. I can easily find my ticket by the functions provided.

Even though I only buy tickets and don’t sell them, I would maybe like to have my own account for special offers etc.

It Was really fast with ordering and they explained its really easy. So I could order my tickets really fast not with 100 steps but 4.

Overall I would say I am happy with Eventix. it is clear when you are in that you will get your tickets.

I like that the website is easy to use and that there are no unnecessary blinking words etc. This way you can navigate your way around the ticket shop easily.

The waiting queue can sometimes be a bit stressful. It can also be unclear that sometimes you need to click the "+" to the amount of tickets that you want before you can see if they are already reserved or not.

Not anything really but if I have to name one point for improvement it is around the: Sealed tickets. Would be nicer for my personal experience if those could get released a bit earlier due to organisation for ADE (and sharing purchased tickets with friends already who join) instead of thinking about it quite last minute, after a long time.

Additionally, although the majority of events I've attended have been well-organized, I have encountered a couple of instances where event information was not as detailed as I would have liked. This can be a bit frustrating when trying to plan my attendance accurately.

The forms are very clear and easy to fulfill. The layout speaks for itself and as a user it's as if you are guided through the steps without any doubts or unclarities.

When personalizing tickets I often miss/skip the button to personalize each ticket. I somehow expect to finish personalizing at the end for all of the above, instead of each one separate.
