So far the experience has been great and every single person I have worked with since I started has been incredibly helpful, attentive and supportive!

Sage was super helpful throughout my entire onboarding process and I greatly appreciated her attention to detail and prompt responses to any questions I had. She called me within the first few days to double check I had everything I needed and was overall a pleasure to work with.

So far I have no complaints! It has been a great experience.

I used a difference platform before this where there was great customer service...but was not really 'coaching' you as much on the platform. This guidance makes all the difference to a busy professional.

The platform is simple and usable (even with many features) compared to other platforms in its layout and design. The main feature though, is the coaching. My coach (Abby) is like the GoogleMaps to the software and 1/1 coaching creates the biggest difference in how successful I am with projects created on the platform.

There are a couple of features that need some advancement to make the software a little better for project outcome. Some bugs...but support helps with these issues quickly.

Their follow up and follow through is top notch! Glad I made the switch.

They are responsive to all your questions and provide clear guidance and help. I researched the other personalized app companies and Exercise.com is by far the best value with the best support team.

I have not encountered anything that I do not like as a new beginner. I was familiar with the app so I am familiar with what it offers -and it fits my business needs.

Overall I'm pleased with my experience. Would like to see some improved design RE navigation/layout of the portal, it can be easy to get lost in processes.

Takes a little time to learn the product. Set it up properly.

Great so far. The team we are working with, Sage and Jackie are fantastic. Very clear and open communication. Quick turnaround times on stuff. Sage has done a great job setting expectations and sharing information. So far, I'd recommend!

Client interface is great. We also love the customization and integrations that are already in place, like kisi for keyless gym entry. We are also able to switch from two different systems down to just one which is great for our clients.

We have to build in all the automations, but I'd gladly do that in exchange for the flexibility to customize.

Abbie has been extremely helpful and positive. She has given me strong suggestions and helped to navigate features for my business needs. The platform is very versatile and offers a lot of convenient features that make programming and delivery fast and efficient.

User-friendly, automated features, customizable items. The pre-launch meetings helped me get familiar with the platform without getting overwhelmed.

No push notifications and there have been some glitches on the app, but nothing major.

Jackie has been phenomenal over the last couple of years. I am not tech-savvy, and she has spent her time helping me learn all the systems with Exercise.com. However, she is patient and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the client is confident as a user.

There are glitches every so often; however, the team is on top of things and works with you to make sure everything gets fixed and runs smooth.

With a rather unique business model, the Exercise.com platform has allowed us to check all of the boxes that we need to make our business model effective and profitable.  We are able to generate our revenue by renting private training studios out to other professional trainers, bill them directly through the platform, and extend to them the benefits of using the platform as a trainer (programming, assessments, payment processing, etc).  I realize that we needed a rather comprehensive software to allow us to do this and Exercise.com was it!  To make it even better, they put in plenty of work to modify whatever pieces needed to be adjusted specifically for us.

Versatile and easy-to-use software.  Makes it easy to manage operations as well as program effectively and accept payment from my personal training clients.

In addition to these features, the team is always responsive and incredibly helpful.  Everything from customizing our platform to assisting with images to use for our social posts has been addressed in a very positive way.  I've worked very closely with Alyssa Mills, and she has gone above and beyond for my requests on multiple occasions.

To this point, I have not had any negative experiences with Exercise.com.  They have been an absolute pleasure to work with!

The team at Exercise.com are so helpful and answer all question in a timely manner (even if they don't know the answer, I know they are right on it asking figuring out the answer). There's no real downside to the program, it's been incredibly beneficial.
