As an industry professional, many sites like this don't the resources necessary to help beginners, such as videos and links. This site also offers many resources for professionals to expand their network. Very well-rounded.

Individualized needs met due to ability to adjust the software coding to meet specific functionalities that we need for our business.

There have been some software glitch issues wince they are changing the code with our needs but they are quite responsive to those issues.

Alyssa has been very accommodating during the onboarding process. I am not at all technically inclined, but she has patiently walked me through the steps, eliminating any anxiety I previously felt about moving my gym into an on-line platform.

I wish we could do the on-boarding face-to-face, but due to various reason (notably Covid-19) that is not possible. It would be a dream to have Alyssa here with me for this process. That said, she is doing an amazing job over Zoom.

I'm new to Exercise.com and I had some trouble navigating at first. There is so much you can do with this platform that it can be overwhelming. I put in a request for help with an immediate concern and I was shocked to receive a near immediate response from their support team member Teta. She was very helpful and great to talk to. She helped remediate my concerns along with others. Two weeks on exercise.com and so far so good...

The program is a little glitchy but they don't result in data loss and the support team is eager to respond and help remediate any issues you have.
