Awesome experience and super happy with what was delivered. I now have a custom app that allows me to reach clients all over the globe and add an additional revenue stream that doesn’t require to be at a specific place or time! Alyssa and the success team made this a great experience and I highly recommend.

As I said to the Exercise.com sales person, David, "Man, you guys certainly move fast!". My app creation is still going through the process, but from the minute I signed up members of their Success Team (Sage & Jackie) were already in my email and on the phone to get me through the onboarding and app/portal creation.

Sage has been my primary contact and she is very efficient. She replies quickly and her emails are very detailed. She lets me know exactly what stage I am at and what to do and expect next. I honestly did not expect to get setup this quickly.

I tried one other product but I did not like their e-commerce integration. Clients were re-directed to that product's site at sign up. With Exercise.com it's a seamless. I am getting exactly what I want and with my own branding.

The companies customer service is exceptional, they respond to the feedback I give to their design and my life for my clients and I are easier.

My favorite part of the system is how easy it is to integrate my exercise videos from youtube and create program that is easy to follow for my clients. I'm able to give them assignments and they can focus on performing the exercises properly with the visual aid for the exercises for the day.

There's nothing to dislike. Customer service responds fast, I'm able to make edits and give my feedback to the company. They are great to work with.

Excellent product that I highly recommend. I wish I had made this decision sooner and not spent so much time just getting by with lesser products.

Program Builder could use a bit of attention for training phases.

Great, really cannot complain about a single thing! It's been easy to use and functions great for clients.

Makes it easy for clients to access programming and progress in their own personal fitness journey. It also allowed me to create an easy up-sale for all clients, providing our business with an evergreen style passive revenue stream.

Minor glitches, but get fixed easily by their customer service team.

I came to Exercise.com to systematize my client management process from first point of contact to purchase and referral while also preparing for a large contract where I would have to service over 100+ individuals while providing them with a digital platform for their training plans and group coaching. At every stage of the process, the Exercise.com team is there to ensure they understand your objectives with the platform and, most importantly, provide insights that only those who are experienced within the industry would be able to give. The most empowering experience thus far is the onboarding and ongoing support from Alyssa and her team in making sure every aspect of my business is reflected on the platform, from scheduling, integrations, subscriptions, coaching plans, onboarding other coaches and groups. Her knowledge of the software allows me to pose unique cases that I need to solve with the software and get immediate support on how to ensure I can execute what I need to grow my business. Better yet, Exercise.com continuously looks to add new and purposeful features throughout your subscription period.

You can tell this was built by those with deep experience and knowledge of the industry. Simply put, they have a superb support team and a success team that will make your goals happen. An important delineation in any industry or stage of business, but especially for those looking to scale their business within the fitness and wellness industry. Would highly recommend to those who are ready to elevate their game.

Would have liked to get a demo trial of the software myself but in hindsight it is important that you get a guided demo so that your questions and concerns are addressed real time.

5/5 for customer service 4/5 for overall app experience. Abbie is great and has truly helped me with this app as a creator.

I request Abbie for success help every time. She’s super helpful and always able to trouble shoot with me.

There needs to be a newsletter that goes out to creators on the platform to notify us of upcoming changes to the app.

Exercise.com was awesome. They were timely in their communication and they truly worked their hardest to get my app launched despite some of the difficulties in working with apple. They were always kind and easy to work with. They are fantastic and couldn't recommend them more to someone looking to expand online services to their clients.

The time zone difference is the biggest Con (West coast vs East Coast).

Jackie, Alyssa and the whole success TEAM at Exercise.com have gone above and beyond to help our company transition. The instruction has been great and when we had special needs they worked with us to customize our experience.

The app, the online platform, all in one software, the supportive TEAM, hands free check in, ability to go paperless, ability to direct message clients.

Still working on multiple location service. Other than that the TEAM has worked really well with us to overcome any transitional obstacles.

Great, we will be using exercise.com for a long long long long long long long time!

Sarah and her team have been a huge help! They are very responsive with thorough answers to all of my questions and issues. I'm not great with technology and they have been nothing but helpful and patient with me for all of my little and big questions. They are extremely timely with their help and I could not ask for a better service!

My overall experience has been great. This software platform has all the features that I need, plus many that I use that I didn't realize I needed. There is everything to be successful as a personal trainer or fitness business.

The pros are the awesome features for personal trainers and the numerous customization options. Trainers can build workouts, customize exercises, sell workout plans, and sell online memberships. The mobile apps and websites offered are customizable to your preferences.

No cons that I have found yet. I have found all the features useful and the customer service is great.

We love how easy it is to set up an exercise program, the integrations we're able to use to improve our existing workflow, and automate most of the work that allows us to focus on serving our customers the best we can daily. Our favorite part about this platform can save exercises, video demonstrations, and exercise descriptions that we can re-use later—no more for us having to build fitness programs from the ground up.

We are unable to find anything we dislike about this app because it is simple to use.

The team here at exercise.com - especially Alyssa - has been incredible! There's bound to be hiccups and such as you go through any transition to a new software, and I knew this going into it. Any issues we have had Alyssa has been super quick to respond to my concerns and look into it immediately. I've also had about 100 questions every day for her and she graciously answers each and every one! So thankful I found exercise.com - my business will absolutely be better for it!

I ran into a few minor problems with the app with getting my clients scheduled, but nothing too bad! All problems have been resolved.

It seems a little glitchy at times because our Supersets were not cycling thru correctly and it was not allowing us to mark "each side" consistently. Those issues have been fixed.
