Secure email to fax service
Date: Jun 03 2021SummaryWe managed to save both money and time by getting rid of our fax machines, and now, each employee has 1 fax number and can send and receive faxes from their email. The confirmation report is also helping us with tracking the status of our sent faxes.

NegativeWe used to have an issue with faxing our disclaimer content (our email signature) along with the attached files, but it has been resolved now.

Good Features, but get expensive and will NOT PORT NUMBER OUT!
Date: Aug 03 2020SummaryGreat product, lousy support. Would have no problem staying with them, or even leaving them a glowing review for low-volume use. But I can see no reason why they should hold my FAX number hostage.
PositiveNice features. It worked well for low volume. Integrations with Google. Reliability. Just hope you don't need more than about 400 pages per month.
NegativeFAX.PLUS WILL NOT PORT YOUR FAX NUMBER IF YOU BUY THE NUMBER FROM THEM ORIGINALLY. We outgrew their pricing plan (needed a greater-volume plan) and they would not, after six attempts, port our number to a new provider. I know that they easily can because I talked to Inteliquent, who owns the number, and they said all it takes is a PIN number to be released and the port could be finished very easily.
