I appreciate how easy it is to get a healthcare BAA so we can keep everything hipaa protected. AI tools got us very far, but we did have one hiccup that needed customer service. So easy to get hold of them.

Got a human fast and we solved the issue. So glad we switched our fax here. We need to get our other fax over too.

That I had to change our mobile numbers from 04 to 614 but it was done easily with the support and advice I received.

I mostly use Notifyre to receive incoming faxes, with just the occasional outbound send, and it has worked like a charm. Faxes come in clean and right on time without missing pages or paper jams, and sending one off is quick and painless. It keeps all my paperwork organized in one spot and completely saves me from having to keep a clunky fax machine plugged into the wall.

It is so difficult to find a fax service from Australia to the UK. Now the big office supply company here in Aus has stopped doing that service I did not know what to do. As infrequently as I fax a subscription was costly, and Notifyre fit the bill as I can top up my balance any time. They've been around a while but did not show up in my search before.

Notifyre has been very reliable for my business. I use it to send SMS messages as part of AI-powered lead generation for local tradie businesses, and the platform has been easy to set up and use. I only use the "send fax option" and for my purposes, I needed to send 3-50 page faxes from afar and now I can do it on the fly anytime!! It has worked perfectly every time and transmits very quickly. It communicates with me as soon as the delivery is successful. I am thrilled with this service and will continue using it.

Because I needed HIPAA compliance, I found Notifyre had good reviews. The agent I talked to answered all my questions and sent me all the documents I needed for the compliance. From start to finish, they were able to help me answer questions, send necessary documents, and send my first fax within 30 minutes. I like that I am not tied to a contract and have the flexibility to adjust as needed.

I've been using Notfyre for close to a year now and I absolutely love it. It's easy to use, organized and well executed. The best part is that it's run by real human beings whom you can talk to when you have a support problem. A lot of these tech companies no longer offer phone support with a human. And soon enough AI will take over and you'll never interact with another human being again from these online companies. I hope Notifyre stays the same.

Login can be a bit strange as whenever I login there is an error message that looks like I didn't login. But if I just click on the home page logo button I am in fact logged in. Weird.

Overall an OK Sms platform but far from perfect, ran into a few glitches around the site but at least it sends texts as requested

Glitchy parts of the platform and even with auto top up turned on, sending a campaign larger than your current balance kills it halfway.

This is a great product if you want to fax multiple documents at once. It requires only an internet connection and you can fax from anywhere using the website.

You can fax large documents in a short amount of time. You don't need to use a fax line which is convenient.

You can't pay for just what you want to send. You have to upload $20.

We are an event company with a customer list around 7500. I have been struggling for well over a year to get 10DLC approved. Finally I gave up on using another company and turned to Notifyre. They were AWESOME at holding my hand through the verification process. They have been super great at communication, problem solving, and answering my rookie questions. The price point is fantastic and the customer service can’t be beat.

The dashboard could use some additional functionality but at the same time it has features that are waaay better than what we were using before.

While I am at my beginning of my journey with this company, as long as it has this type of customer service, I can't imagine being disappointed. Not to mention, it will also help me send those 3 faxes a year that our 1995 era government requires.

I am looking to send myself automated text messages. Unfortunately, the carrier registration process can be a bit of a square peg going into a very small orifice. Trust me, I know this because I did it with 2 other companies, and 1 of them the absolute worst ( go to dot com incase it gets auto scrubbed). I started online, but hadn't finished filling out the form yet when my phone rings. It is Notifyre wanting to help me fill out the form correctly the first time. Not some AI Go To Do Com mis-programmed automation. The first form I filled out, I was able to delete and start over, and then submitted it. All Easy peasy, and a REAL US ENGLISH SPEAKER called me. Janelle was fantastic, the product looks very comprehensive and really easy to set up and use on an ongoing basis.

Janelle called me within 5 mins of me setting up my trial login. No pressure and helped me with spreadsheet templates, sender options and I was totally comfortable with the whole end to end process within 15 mins of her calling.

None at this stage as we are only in the trial period. But on face value it looks very promising
