I’m trading for over two years, and I don’t have any reason to stop. Kinda writing this review late, could have done it in the first year, but anyways. In my experience I changed several algo trading bots, and at the end found one that is running for one year and showed a great results. The great part in the overall PNL played the ECN execution type with raw spreads. I’m using a grid bot that takes many trades within a short amount of time, and if spreads were wide it could really kill my gains..

MT4 is one of the best platforms for algo trading, and that didn’t change over so many years. Glad they offer this platform, but also great they hand a free VPS server. The min account size should be 5 thousand dollars, but after so much time my trading bot accumulated thrice the amount of money needed for that.

Back in the days customer service was replying slow. Not sure if the situation changed, as I don’t have any questions and didn’t contact them in a while. Yet, the only issue was with the speed.

Good features, decent pricing (can be fully free if you want, and there is no hidden fees anywhere as I searched for them). For myself, its a good product.

Advanced software for trading, if you use bots (eas) especially. They have a free VPS from $5k or more, but even if you don't have that much with them, they give it for $30 per month, which is worth it in my opinion.

The website itself, is basic. The trading platform is where its at, and that one is absolutely huge and well-crafted.

Not gonna lie, the interface is outdated on the platform, those who got used to modern interface might find it like a strong downfall. Pricing for using the VPS server also might not seem great, but in general the broker is good and has more advantages than disadvantages.

I created my own trading robot by watching tutorials on YouTube and implemented this tool into the MT4. The process of unpacking files on the desktop was easy peasy. It's funny that if you turn on the robot, it starts to smile, but if you turn it off, it doesn't smile. Then I needed to find a solution on how to make a robot to trade around the clock without glitches.
That’s how I stumbled upon FXGiants, I found out that they offer the VPS server at beneficial conditions. I had a deposit of more than $5000 and I had a bonus that I didn’t need to pay anything for using the VPS monthly. So far my robot is working pretty well and already made a profit of $600 in less than 3 weeks.

I think they should add more benefits for those who are using VPS servers, they will motivate other traders to use algorithmic trading. Offering free use isn’t enough in my opinion.

For over 2 years, this platform has delivered great service, the conditions to trade are profitable with low spreads and fees!

It has a nice and easy user interface and I monitor my trades weekly. The bonuses have also helpwd me to boost my trades, most recent deposit bonus went into buying Gold

The service staff take some time to respond and thats discouraging

For the time I've been using their services, I didn’t detect any issues at the platform and payments. In general, it’s all I need, plus an acceptable fee. They could give it to me. Maybe, I will stay here…

Trading conditions were in general good. Not charging much for trading and not limited leverage. All in prosperity, I’d say.

Too many similar accounts, better to leave it, like one standard account and one zero spreads ECN.

I can’t say something bad about the broker itself, because they good. The fees are not taking away my money you know, they are very small. Might be because they don’t charge any commissions…

My phone is always with me, so having a whole trading platform with me is crucial. I’m not attached to any place and don’t have to carry a heavy laptop with me, which I like the most. Plus, the mt4 app is just as with the desktop.

Just have to adjust a bit and get used to charting through the phone, and that’s it. It took me like two active weeks to get comfortable with it.

The Customer support response times are a bit slow and it would be nice if they are faster.

I think for the sake of higher leverage I could accept $9 commission, instead of $3.75. Considering their solid execution maybe yes...

I traded for some time here, and this is a platform that delivers on its promises. Which is already a good think. It’s good for you only if you love trading on mt4

The platform doesn’t crash, at all. This was a good start. Choosing mt4 as main trading engine proved to be the right choice

The webtrader was a bit slower compared to desktop version. I tested it, trust me :)

To explain why 4, they do the fundamental things well but other things need some improvement. For example, they have many accounts but it's not consistent with the spreads. they get wide during some volatile market hours. Moreover, they are lacking some education in terms of webinars and blog too, that would be interesting thing and I think they should re-invest in educating their customers. But the basic stuff of execution and payments they are doing good.

I like the overall design of the broker and it's services, done in style. And also payments do work as they are promised, sure glad I checked up with support before depositing. Btw, support is quick as well, they gave me all the info in detail.

The spreads get wider and comissions are too expensive for some accounts.
They need much more features to make it easier to trade, like maybe AI help and make trading central more affordable.

It’s a cool platform and trying it out would not be a loss as I believe with more practice yields better results

It’s so easy to work with this platform as the design is friendly. The support is also great and always available when I need it

Some things don’t go well like the trading conditions but i’m using the free trial

While my trading robot is making money, I also trade on my own on the stock market trying to capture significant market movements due to Trump's new announcements about tariffs on Brazil, India and other countries. He is so dumb...

I found a broker that offers a VPS server and this is exactly what I needed because I bought a trading robot for $1000 in another place. This robot is based on RSI divergence without stop losses, only take profits. I wanted to make it work around the clock 24 hours a day, so the only solution was the VPS server, the conditions are pretty favourable. I deposited more than $5000 and was able to connect it to my MT4 platform. Gotta say it works perfectly and much better than I expected. It’s definitely worth it!

I hope they will add the MT5 version eventually. I noticed how more and more traders are complaining about it because nobody wants to trade on outdated charts.

If you want to be an involved trader/investor, watching stocks, key events, I would say its a good end point. Not the start point though. At the start, just passively investing into ETFs, like SPY, is much easier. This, took me months to really understand whta I am doing.

Has trading central analytics, and full-on one of the most powerful softwares out there, in the Metatrader, which has a ton of charts, and indicators, and robots (called expert advisors). Incredibly powerful, much more so than what Robinhood or Schwabb can ever do. At the same time, its not for casual investors/traders, at all. Much more difficult to learn and understand.

There is a demo account, which is good, but when I wanted to switch onto real, the minimum deposit required was too high for my tastes. I would much appreciate it starting from 10 USD, or 20 USD, like some brokers have done.

Mostly its going in the absolute right direction, as I said, in the last couple years I've been using them, the changes have been massive, and all positive (new solutions, trade execution quality improving, new instruments being added). Support has been helpful, and over all I can recommend it. But they could be moving toward the future faster, too.

Only company is really ever as good as its leadership. These ones clearly know what they're doing. Recent updates have been very good, and the service quality was alright, but now its steadily improving too, I can notice the difference.
New cent accounts, released in early 2025 (I think), a big deal for newer customers, thx for those, enabled testing on real accs for me.

MT5 is the clear future, and so it should be added here too. I think everyone is moving in that direction, and so Fxgiants should too.

Honestly, the main reason I choose to trade with FXGiants is their attractive deposit-bonus offer. I used a 100% bonus on my $1000 and immediately started trading with an account of $2000.
It is much easier to trade now.

They offer different deposit bonus promotions which can seriously boost your trading experience. Also registration is as simple as it can be.

Unfortunately, only MT4 app is available for trading on your desktop device

It’s a great platform with really nice bonuses that helps you kick start your journey and enjoy the experience of trading without cash strapped.

The perks for me have always been the easy navigation and design simplicity. Trading here is very soft and I am able to see results better.

This might not be an ick for others but I would have loved if it had a copy trading feature.

Generally speaking, I have been trading with them for over 10 months and since that moment, I have not got significant losses and thanks to their booster bonus, I have increased my deposit several times.

I liked it so much when I found out that FXGiants offers so many deposit bonuses for its customers. I read all the terms and conditions and after all, I made a deposit of 10,000$ and after that I indeed got a deposit bonus of $4000 and it felt like I became more powerful and confident. This bonus boosted my confidence and thanks to this I didn’t need to worry about using high leverage since deposit allowed me to use a small leverage with small risks.

It’s a pity that FXGiants doesn’t provide a more modern platform than MT4, i’m talking about the MetaTrader 5. I will look forward to the day when they add this platform.

As I have already said, this broker has many advantages and a few disadvantages. I ain't even name the latter ones, because they are individual, they aren't general which really repel traders.

Flexible trading conditions is a highlight. There are several acc types + choice of platforms (web-based or desktop)

As a whole, I like my cooperation with FXGiants. It has been for more than 2 years with them and my AI algorithm works quite finely.

I remember when I needed to find a broker which had the VPS server. The situation was tough since it was impossible to find such a broker. I got an AI trading algorithm and it had to work around the clock to be successful in trading results.
After long searches, I found the FXGiants broker unintentionally, by sheer luck, it turned out that they offer a free VPS server for customers with certain conditions.

I didn’t like that they require a minimum deposit of $5000 to get a free vps server since it’s too high in my opinion. It would be great if they reduce the threshold of minimum deposit to $2000.

Overall, I like their trading conditions and environment, even on demo account, so I hope the live one won't disappoint me.

I like the actual simplicity and comfort of this broker. It turned out that FXGiants uses the MT4 platform that I found stable and user-friendly. Another thing that I like, it's support that is eager to answer your questions, about which, I wasn't sure to be like this at the beginning.

Though, this simplicity isn't correlated with some advanced tools and indicators, like alternative MT5 platform can provide
