    Summary

    Based on my experience, I cannot recommend FastTony and I do not intend to continue using their services.

    Positive

    Social media content was created regularly. Overall return on investment did not meet expectations. Lack of proactive communication and campaign analysis.

    Negative

    My experience with FastTony has been very disappointing.

    The biggest issue has been the lack of support when advertising campaigns fail to deliver the expected results. When problems arise with campaigns, it is difficult to obtain meaningful assistance, detailed analysis, or practical recommendations on how to improve performance.

    Communication has also been poor. In my case, emails were often left unanswered or responses were significantly delayed, making it difficult to resolve issues and manage the cooperation effectively.

    I expected a more proactive approach, better communication, and greater involvement in optimising marketing activities. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met.

    I have a small beauty salon. I do everything myself. Treatments, clients, social media. Marketing after hours. Chaos.

    I was recording reels. Posting something on Instagram. Sometimes this, sometimes that. It depended on how much time I had.

    My budget was 400 PLN. Every penny mattered. I took courses. Still, none of it came together into one whole.

    Then FastTony and AI. What I loved the most were the carousels. My clients are delighted with those posts. I don't spend hours on them anymore. I have a system. Faster. Easier. I came back to my clients.

    At first, there's a bit of a learning curve. There are lots of options, and it takes some time before it becomes part of your routine.
    And trust me, I'm not a tech person. It took me two months to figure out how to install Booksy on my iPhone. 😅
