FastWebHost has self imploded in the last year

    Date: Jun 02 2023
    Summary

Totally negative as of this point in time due to hosting failures, excessive down time and absolutely no technical support responses to repeated queries and trouble tickets.

    Positive

Almost 20 years of quite decent service and support -- but 2023 has been a services and support disaster (see cons below).

    Negative

I think no customer should consider this company at this time for new hosting services (they've totally hollowed out tech support and no longer respond to trouble tickets). It has been 6 days and counting with no DNS records pointing to host server for my domains -- cannot get anyone at FastWebHost to respond to trouble tickets or even online chat -- it is an information desert at this company (which was totally not the case even 2 years ago).
