First, I like the fact that I can login from my laptop at any time and assist a client.

PositiveI love the cost of FixMe.IT as well as the speed and accessibility of the remote access software. I have tried several others and cannot find another product at the price or feature level as this one. You can also have an unintended install on servers/workstations.
NegativeI would like to see remote printing capabilities, Android/Apple support and the ability to use a web-based remote access interface as opposed to an application.

PositiveIt has the ability to install a support for unattended connection. It can save user's effort to connect every time. I can use it to support co-workers as an IT support in the company. I can transfer files securely as well. As for the annual cost, it is reasonable, and good in the P2P market.
NegativeFrom last year, many software companies, banks, and credit cards companies establish the two step authentication for extra security when the administrator login.

Reliable tool which is invaluable!

PositiveThis program is easy to use for end users (the person who you are trying to connect to). I worked with many users who claim to be "computer dummies" and I always get connected to their PCs. I also use this tool to connect to several servers in my office. It works so well and is always reliable. You have the ability to see multiple monitors or see just one.
NegativeIt would be nice if a connection code could be entered on a webpage instead of needing to download a client program on the target PC, but the download is very small.

PositiveWorks well and is very intuitive. It makes it very easy to use and explain things to users. I like the feature that gives the users control of the access code. It gives them a greater peace of mind.
NegativeThere are quite a few steps for users to perform before I can remote into their devices. It doesn't work on apple products.

Live saver for the Road Warriors

PositiveThis product saves me so much time. When I get a call from one of the reps or other works that are remote, I just open a session with them and I can see what they are doing. Cuts my call down from 30 min to troubleshoot to about 5 min.
NegativeWe have so many that have dual screens, it can be a issue sometimes. There is also a lag time with some connections but I believe that is the wifi on the users end.

PositiveCheap and stable unlike many other remote support apps that I've used. Price - affordable for a small business. Fast connection, multiple sessions can be open at the same time. Revokable unattended access.
NegativeThe only thing I dislike is that it's not available on Mac. I'm forced to use other software to support my Mac clients.

PositiveThis was so easy to get up and running after our previous experience with Logmein, and it's just ultra reliable with a very small footprint. Time to get started with a new user/PC is very quick, matter of seconds.
NegativeThe only thing missing is any capability to remote control (or even view) mobile devices (Android & iOS). It's not a frequent requirement and we tend to get around it with screen sharing on Teams.

Great Product (Moved Over From TeamViewer)

This product has allowed me the ability to access all the computers throughout our organization to help employees navigate their systems, address software issues, and even train employees on our processes (have to call them for this of course).
PositiveI moved over to FixMe.it from TeamViewer and couldn't be happier. Same bells and whistles but with a much lower price tag. Software runs smoothly and doesn't take up a ton of computer resources to run either.
Best part for me was there's no hidden contract terms. Everything is very straightforward when making your purchase.NegativeMenu/ tools could be a little more user-friendly. A feature to communicate to the user with the speakers and microphone would be nice.

PositiveCan be deployed via GPO with customized client interface for logo, text, and more. Easy for users to start app and give client IDs.
Maintains connection during reboot for easy reconnect. UAC prompts don't interfere with support as well. Also lets you share your screen with the other party.
Unattended access client for stations/servers that you want to access with out a user being present.NegativeMulti-screen support is limited to just one window that you have to scroll back and forth through. Would like the option to use all displays to make viewing easier.

PositiveEasy to use software that isn't very large. It takes a few minutes to get connected without any complicated install.
