    Overall, good experience. Able to login most of the time, to our clients. Would like to find out why we lose keyboard controls sometimes.

    Couple things:
    First, I like the fact that I can login from my laptop at any time and assist a client.
    Secondly, If I have a new client, we can run a quick connection into their pc. If they need additional support, we can upload the software and we are ready to go!

    I have used FixMe.IT for about a year and have found this remote access solution to be great for my needs as well as my clients. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who need remote access support.

    I love the cost of FixMe.IT as well as the speed and accessibility of the remote access software. I have tried several others and cannot find another product at the price or feature level as this one. You can also have an unintended install on servers/workstations.

    I would like to see remote printing capabilities, Android/Apple support and the ability to use a web-based remote access interface as opposed to an application.

    Best bang for the buck.
    Gives us insight into our customers pc with no intervention from them as long as they have an internet connection.

    Wish that there was an app for your phone to enable remote support. Also wish there was support for Linux and Mac OS.

    I find it's hard for my clients to install FixIt on their end to receive my services. You folks need to simplify this process for non-technical clients.

    Since the COVID in March 2020, more and more people have to stay at home for remote working. As an IT support, I have to manage and help their laptops at home. It helps me a lot.

    Positive

    It has the ability to install a support for unattended connection. It can save user's effort to connect every time. I can use it to support co-workers as an IT support in the company. I can transfer files securely as well. As for the annual cost, it is reasonable, and good in the P2P market.

    Negative

    From last year, many software companies, banks, and credit cards companies establish the two step authentication for extra security when the administrator login.
    I do hope Fixme.It can add this feature.

    I have been using this product for years. The pricing of the product is well worth the value of the tool. It's easy to connect and use.

    This program is easy to use for end users (the person who you are trying to connect to). I worked with many users who claim to be "computer dummies" and I always get connected to their PCs. I also use this tool to connect to several servers in my office. It works so well and is always reliable. You have the ability to see multiple monitors or see just one.

    It would be nice if a connection code could be entered on a webpage instead of needing to download a client program on the target PC, but the download is very small.

    Works well and is very intuitive. It makes it very easy to use and explain things to users. I like the feature that gives the users control of the access code. It gives them a greater peace of mind.

    There are quite a few steps for users to perform before I can remote into their devices. It doesn't work on apple products.

    Live saver for the Road Warriors

    We have been using the product for about 5 years, I haven't found any other program that is as easy to use.

    Positive

    This product saves me so much time. When I get a call from one of the reps or other works that are remote, I just open a session with them and I can see what they are doing. Cuts my call down from 30 min to troubleshoot to about 5 min.

    We have so many that have dual screens, it can be a issue sometimes. There is also a lag time with some connections but I believe that is the wifi on the users end.

    I've had no issues with FixMe thus far. I am able to fix my clients' issues from anywhere at any time.

    Cheap and stable unlike many other remote support apps that I've used. Price - affordable for a small business. Fast connection, multiple sessions can be open at the same time. Revokable unattended access.

    The only thing I dislike is that it's not available on Mac. I'm forced to use other software to support my Mac clients.

    Techinline are very easy to deal with too, and the price has stayed excellent value, especially given the concurrency of the user licencing.

    Positive

    This was so easy to get up and running after our previous experience with Logmein, and it's just ultra reliable with a very small footprint. Time to get started with a new user/PC is very quick, matter of seconds.

    Negative

    The only thing missing is any capability to remote control (or even view) mobile devices (Android & iOS). It's not a frequent requirement and we tend to get around it with screen sharing on Teams.

    Love the software. Overall has made my life a lot easier. I'm the IT person for an apartment management company and we have a lot of people who are not very computer savvy. This product has allowed me the ability to access all the computers throughout our organization to help employees navigate their systems, address software issues, and even train employees on our processes (have to call them for this of course).

    I moved over to FixMe.it from TeamViewer and couldn't be happier. Same bells and whistles but with a much lower price tag. Software runs smoothly and doesn't take up a ton of computer resources to run either.

    Best part for me was there's no hidden contract terms. Everything is very straightforward when making your purchase.

    Menu/ tools could be a little more user-friendly. A feature to communicate to the user with the speakers and microphone would be nice.

    Price to features Fixme.IT has everything I've needed to provide an excellent support for my users.

    Positive

    Can be deployed via GPO with customized client interface for logo, text, and more. Easy for users to start app and give client IDs.

    Maintains connection during reboot for easy reconnect. UAC prompts don't interfere with support as well. Also lets you share your screen with the other party.

    Unattended access client for stations/servers that you want to access with out a user being present.

    Negative

    Multi-screen support is limited to just one window that you have to scroll back and forth through. Would like the option to use all displays to make viewing easier.

    Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on using FixMe.IT. FYI: You can actually select the "Show All Displays" option along with the Scale to Window scaling mode when working with multiple monitors. This should allow you to view all displays without scrolling.

    For Windows 10 Administration remotely this product does very well without blanking out the screen for you because of Windows protective measures.

    Easy to use software that isn't very large. It takes a few minutes to get connected without any complicated install.

    I haven't really found any cons yet. If I did have one it would only be that the category of PCs set by auto connection gets lost once in a while.
