As a beginner to construction scheduling, I was very nervous about being able to create an easy to understand yet comprehensive schedule, and I have found that GanttPRO does all the heavy lifting. All you have to do is input your tasks, and it does the rest. This is great for those who do not want to pay high prices for scheduling software. GanttPRO can compete with those expensive software while coming at a reasonable price which is awesome. I would highly recommend.

I love how use friendly GanttPRO is. It is very straightforward to use and produces a very professional and easy to understand schedule.

In all honesty, I have not come across anything that I dislike about GanttPRO.

I love it! As a visual person it's great to have a map of my projects and time. This platform specifically has many added features that make it stand out. Having the ability to view a list of upcoming tasks, assign items to individuals, track time on tasks, add attachments and notes, and create custom reports makes this more that just a gantt chart generator. It could easily be used as a primary source for project management within smaller groups.

I love the ease in which GanttPro operates. It is very intuitive and not clunky like some of the others I've used in the past. Using the gantt platform I feel more in control of my time and project efficiency.

It is hard to find much to complain about with this platform. Although, as of now, and to the best of my knowledge, GanttPro does not have a mobile app. It would be great to easily see my tasks and workload on the go.

It's great to focus only in your tasks and not in how to handle the software, I tried to use another applications and lost a lot if time figuring out how to use the app instead on focusing that time on my task.

Works on all OS, easy to use and great user interface, it's my first project management software and I was capable to print a great Gantt graphics, fits the page very well, let you keep track of activities assigned to team collaborators.
Projects prints looks great as a delivery document. Being a cloud service means no software upgrade needed or more installed apps on my mac.

No cons so far, maybe just pricing per year instead of per month.

It is the best project management software I have used. It is very easy to used and it has grate graphics.

GanttPRO has realy good graphics, they are simple to use and more important they are very clear in showing you the information. So you know exactly how your project is doing and who much time you have left. It is very easy to organize different projects by assigning a color to each project and with looking at te gantt chart you know everything on how the every project is doing.

there are two very cool feature that distinguishes ganttPRO, the first one is the ability to customize the informatión you want display in the screen. And second one is, when you are assigning task you can see, how many hours every person on the time has assign and has free.

It is very gud organizing tool. The only con I found. Is that it is no so easy to find the tasks that are overdue.

My overall experience has been hugely positive. The trial has enabled me to organise several different things, from concert programming to a year-long ballet project. It also enables me to provide my clients with clarity on workloads and deadlines so they can keep a track on my progress and watch the compositions develop.

The software has a highly effective and easy to use UI, which is complimented by a vast array of features that make work life easier. It provides simple and effective tools (such as user-filtered Gantt Charts) that enable effective project management so that everyone can track their porgess on all of the assigned tasks and increase productivity. The software also bends and flexes easily if things go awry, extending deadlines and automatically compensating for the extra added time.

As an individual, the pricing strategy makes it difficult to justify, especially with users such as myself who work with many different teams from different organisations on the same project. Such cross-organisation collaborative work is not so easily catered for, but the features in the Individual liscence do just enough that you can get by.

I highly recommend this online tool. Not only can it be used for traditional projects in which Gantt charts are a necessity, but it can even be easily adapted to other kinds of projects, such as a PhD!

I am currently a PhD student and wanted to see if could apply some of my project management knowledge to this long educational process. I am delighted to answer yes! What follows are features I’ve used and particularly like.

• Easy toggling between different project views (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Ability to assign workload (time estimates) to different assignments and have it calculate at the bottom to tell me if I’m trying to do too much one day or week.
• The ability to easily set different task types, though the most common one I’m using is Start to Finish.
• Export feature which allows me to easily print and share my timeline with my chairperson
• Tech support is quick to respond via online chat or via email, much appreciated!

• Perhaps having an iPhone or iPad app could be interesting.
• I would love to see each row numbered down the left side of the screen, kind of like an excel spreadsheet does. (NOTE: They do offer a “Workload Breakdown Structure” feature that is somewhat similar).

We had to insert a Gantt diagram for our report. Comparing different websites, we found that Gantt pro is the easiest way to organize our timetable. This is our last year of study and it is a pleasure to know this tool and it will be a great help to reach our objective. The website is very ergonomic and we got no difficulties to use the interface whereas we were beginners for this field. So this is a very complete website as I recommand to everybody who would like to get a Gantt diagram.

I was finding for the best drag-and-drop Gantt Chart tools on the Internet. Among all the tools I had searched, GanttPRO delivers the best user experience. Linking the schedules is convenient and easy. The UI is clean and easy to understand.

Unable to display Gantt charts of different projects at the same time.

I have been working with a lot of Gantt editors for years, including desktop and online tools, and this is the best tool I have found, including desktop software.

Big pro: it can detect team workloads, which is a crucial point for me.

From the usability point of view, it runs smoothly, and the views are clean, super-well designed.

Sharing charts with public URLs is a great feature, allowing customers to stay informed about their projects.

The individual plan only can be paid by a single yearly subscription; I would like to pick a monthly option too. I think the plans for teams have a reasonable price, maybe for individuals is a bit expensive.

Use a lot as part of course work. Very user friendly. No issues initially - easy to learn and use. Accepted tool with submissions. Easy to share with others. Don’t need to be an expert with computers to use. Would recommend to others who need to use can’t charts for project management use and for course work projects in general. Can see using this going forward in work place situations. Easier to use that Microsoft project. Best software for charts and project management that I have encountered. I would highly recommend it for others who Need a quick and easy tool.

The tool fulfilled all my requirements for a project planning tool. The GUI is very intuitive and easy to learn. I think it is great to have an export function available so that I can share my Gantt charts to non- users of the software. The concept of sharing projects amongst registered users is great, however, the billing seems to be a bit too expensive.

I am very happy with this tool. It is the best tool for project management that I have tried.

The UI is very intuitive and pleasant. After a short usage period it becomes very easy to use. The online availibility makes it easy to collaborate and share the plans with others, as no installation is needed. Great features e.g display of Critical Path.

Due to its vast amount of features, there is a learning curve required, however the learning curve is very steep.

Simple online tool for planning projects. The simple design does not distract and lets you do the work quickly and focused. It doesn't need any technical knowledge so you can start planning quickly and easily. I can recommend this tool to others and will probably continue to use it in the future.

It is a great product for project management. I used it for timeline management and resolve conflicting or bottleneck time sequencing issue. One thing I liked best is that the tasks will automatically move along timeline (forward/backward) if you make changes to some sequentially critical tasks. Brain-power saver.

Not very colorful but appearance of less importance. GanttPRO is professional-looking.

I was looking for a project management tool for quite a while. There was always something missing in a tool I found. I found Ganttpro and it seems like the best for me. It is not very complicated, quite intuitive I could say. It is easy to use it even if you don’t have a lot of background as a Project Manager. Visualization in the form of a Gantt Chart is super. Linking the tasks works great. If you are not sure, just use the free trial option and check by yourself, I think you will not be disappointed. I recommend using it on a daily basis for your projects.

I like the possibility to manage resources in a project. That helps me to avoid situations of overbooking someone.

I don't like that I cannot display two or more projects in one Gantt Chart at the same time.

On a student project I've been involved, I proposed to my team to use GanttPro to create gant for project management. The tool was easy to use, even tough my classmate where novices. Finally for other projects we used GanttPro, and it becomes the reference tool for us. We are all studying geomatics, a field between geography and informatics.

Gantt Pro is a great project management tool. I have been using it for a few years and allows me to track my personal long term projects a life-long student that I am. I would definitely recommend this tool to anybody interested in an easy-to-use project management program. The Gantt diagrams are easily customizable but there are also very useful templates to use a base. This tool helps you to visualize and structure better how to plan to make your dreams come true. So this is why I don't look for another project management tool. I am looking forward to find more new functions to use and new ways to improve my knowledge on this software. The more I learn about it, the faster I will reach my project goals.
