    Summary

    Tried Gantter free for a little bit, then jumped in a paid the annual subscription. Unfortunately, 3 weeks later when I decided Gantter was not for me, they refused to refund me. They get a zero for customer service.

    It is an available alternative to Microsoft Project. This web-based app is usable. Something is better than nothing.

    Negative

    Some functionality quirks left me wanting. Poor support response times.
    I tried Project Plan 365 and liked that better, and they have a library of YouTube videos.

    Gannter is a fraud. Sounds good, but the reality is their policies are designed to extract money and then abandon you.

    Advertising looks good and sounds honest and decent, but that is just a facade. What options do you have when they don't even engage in dialogue to fix an issue, arrogant crooks?

    Gannett Customer Service and Policies are below pathetic! Which software company has a policy that if you change your email, you lose access to the product? Which customer service policy says to tell the customer too bad you've lost your money? Which software company takes your annual fee and won't even consider that you changed your email and want to institute a new one? Gannter.
