    Great customer service, easy to learn and find resources online about using the platform, scalable, and intuitive.

    Attentive customer service, ease of use of the platform. I was able to quickly learn the features to facilitate my resource management.

    No cons come to mind other than sometimes the platform changes the dates on its own and you have to constantly reset it.

    Good value product in a market with lots of higher priced (and too complex) offerings. Simple reporting and view capabilities, lots of features when you get under the covers.

    We have had great support from Margo in their customer support center. The more we use it the more amazing we find it to be.

    Customizable views, Task and Resource color coding, Notifications for our Subcontractors. We chose Ganttic to help us forecast our availability to take on new projects and almost daily we are finding new ways it can help us streamline our processes.

    It's a little bit of a steep learning curve, but once you get there it's great. Task dependencies and lag times need some work. The knowledge base in the support center is helpful, but there are some sections that have no information. The videos are very short.

    Overall, Ganttic makes the whole scheduling process at our company much easier than it was before. It's been about 7 months of us using Ganttic so we have a pretty good idea how it works, and have not had any significant issues. Makes scheduling our medium-sized team quite easy. I'd recommend it.
