I tried using several providers to ensure I had a stable, dedicated IP in order to RDP to my clients' servers while I travelled overseas as a digital nomad. I tried Hotspot Shield, Express VPN and Nord VPN and in all cases, I could not get RDP started. I spent many hours working through the various troubleshooting guides and working with the help desks of these providers to no avail. I then tried GoodAccess and was completely shocked when IT JUST WORKED. No hassle, no tickets, no downtime. I've been using them ever since and have had NO ISSUES.

It was less expensive than all the other providers (such as Nord) that we reviewed. The pricing was transparent and once signed up the onboarding of the entire team was simple and quick. It has been super stable - we use it daily for business critical functions and it's never let us down. The app which controls the VPN is great - very simple but effective and clear.

A lack of an obvious route to the customer service team. Once contact was made however, they were exceptional.

We are currently very much satisfied with the features that we get in our version of the GoodAccess.

We needed a solution which will give us a single IP Address in our country, which will enable us to whitelist one IP for our employees.

I was amazed to find out that the biggest player in this field have limited amount of available dedicated servers and in limited amount regions.

Since then we had never trouble again with external IP's who tried to reach our critical network infrastructure and web apps. The setup process was really easy and well documented. We use the essential license and its everything we need.

Not really a con, but something to keep in mind:
If you need to use the single IP feature, be aware that per user only one device at the same time can be connected. So we have created one account per user per device, to be sure, that everything works correctly and fine.

We have had a fantastic experience from the get-go and I would highly recommend it based on our current usage and performance to any business looking for a good VPN provider.

Good Access is super easy to get started and offers very good protection for the entire team. Getting a static VPN isn't something all providers offer and GoodAccess were able to accommodate this at a very good price point. We switched from NordVPN for these reasons.

It can sometimes be a little heavy on memory use.

We are super happy with the solution and the way we work at different locations we are completely dependent. Three years of use and we are not looking for a replacement.

Price tier not suitable for small teams. We have a small team and the size levels of users can make the price tag a bit a high when you calculate cost per actual user.

Many of the services and networks we need access for requires a static IP in order to provide access and since our team is international we are able to use GoodAccess VPN to whitelist one IP for the whole company.

While utilizing GoodAccess, we ran into a few complications with the Access Control feature during its integration with AWS Cloudfront. Nonetheless, the customer service team was quick to respond and instrumental in pinpointing the issue. It's possible that this concern has been addressed since our most recent interaction with the service.

In addition GoodAccess does not work in Egypt but that is because of Egypt strict VPN access rules.

Overall i have had a good experience since we started using this GoodAccess VPN, we needed it for a static ip and it does that really, well and a bunch of more sophisticated features.

They don't have 24/7 hr chat service which can be challenging if you need urgent help via chat outside of their chat hour. 9am-5pm CET and only Mon-Fri.

Some of our employees had problems with GoodAccess Windows software, but we finally managed to connect with OpenVPN by downloading our personal profiles from GoodAccess dashboard.

OVPN on Linux forces a local IP interface on you. For example, you can't ask Apache to listen to port whatever on your assigned public IP. You'd have to point it towards the local IP that gets "pushed" to you over OpenVPN. Up until some months ago, before VPNStaticip became GoodAccess, this was never the case. You always had direct access to your public IP.

It has allowed us to reliably connect to our server host using a single IP point of access from the country where our servers are hosted. This allows for organized and secure access and saves us money with less up front configuration of different devices in different locations connecting. When our needs have changed customer support has been great explaining our options and meeting our needs.

Security is obviously of utmost importance as is reliability and we get that with GoodAccess. It is literally one click and we are connected and able to run our software regardless of location our users may be in.

Along with a VPN we require a static IP to access our servers which host our applications. This allows our software developers to have ease of access as well as users in our organization. Our applications are used for Project Management for major construction projects right down to Fabrication shops.

For our needs the service we get from GoodAccess is perfect, I can't think of how it could be easier than 1 click access to our private IP Address. The few times I have needed support it has been provided extremely fast.

Experience has been 8/10, great support, referral program, ease of use. Applications are for all systems and provide a openvpn solution.

Ease of use, quick easy dedicated IP for remote access closest to my datacentre. Agents on mobile and dedicated internet have had no issues.

Price has increased by $30-$40 since using it. Unable to add additional temp users if required, upgrading to another plan is required.

Does exactly what it says, it provides small companies with cheap and affordable solutions to secure access to company apps for example under a unified and secure system. Easy to deploy and manage and offers a good number of locations if you also need to test locally from specific countries.

Maybe it could have some more features in terms of limiting access once connected to VPN
