There is nothing here that is considered negative in, the product that meets all the needs of companies and individuals with high efficiency

Provides very good value for the features and performance it comes with. Easy to manage, monitor and administrate.

We have a globally distributed team that need to share fixed IP address for accessing customers networks. GoodAccess provides a US based address and works really well.

This has been a stellar product as the IT Admin, as this has reduced my time to deployment for both in-house end-users as well as remote deployment with our remote workers. Simple GUI that is intuitive enough most of our end-users have been able to follow initial account setup, desktop app download, and 1st time login with minimal (if any) additional support required from IT.

As the admin who deployed this solution and has since remained in charge of all ongoing support of this application, this VPN is simple, with a GUI that even computer-illiterate end users can properly use, with quick and responsive Admin console which makes things very easy to manage, even with our remote users

This product has been stellar for us for the 2+ years we've been using it so far, with the only "con" to this platform being scaling with the licensing. We waited off on licensing a few users to this platform until we we closer to being able to fully utilize all licenses, as the team licensing has to be purchased in blocks of 5.

I am having a great overall experience. We currently have 10 active users and they all love the product.

Good Access has great customer service. Setup and implementation take minutes. They also have the most affordable pricing.

Requirement of 10 minimum users in paid plans is not friendly for smaller teams and I would suggest to change the limit.

Pricing model scaling goes up fast! But for a smaller company or startup it's ideal pricing, a lot cheaper than running your own server with licensed software.

Before the roll-out of the native apps, sometimes we would run into connection or configuration problems. Since then however, nothing to remark!

Fantastic product that is a core part of our business operations. From the VPN service to the user access control that is built in, we very much depend on Good Access.

User Interface is very intuitive and easy to understand. The ability to control access to different websites and applications using access cards is a huge plus. I also love that the VPN desktop client doubles as an app launcher if you choose to list apps on it. I cannot see us moving away from Good Access.

I wish there was more guidance on how to format connection strings and other information when adding websites/applications to your company profile.

100% excellent. Cannot fault their team and no pressure selling and trial option which I upgraded within 3 days. Setting up the plan and adding users was very easy and I have had no issues since. Also the ease of use for end users is great. Always get the same fixed IP which was critical for us. All in all, brilliant.

Cost is low, service is first class, installation and management is an excellent experience. All in all, GoodAccess is a superb hassle-free solution.

I've had a nightmare with Nord VPN, Pure VPN & Ghost VPNs, GoodAccess are the best I've tried (I had to have a chargeback from Pure as the service didn't work for months.

Only reliable VPN I've used so far. Great customer service and lots of options in the dashboard and so far very reliable and important for me as I need static IP for my team abroad.

I did think the minimum of 10 users was a little too high, especially for smaller companies and start-ups, but they offered me a great deal.
