It was very easy to set up and share a static IP with the team. We have different users and works wonders for us.

Since we rely daily on a VPN to connect with multiple connections, the VPN stability is crucial to us. in that sense GoodAccess never fails, very stabile VPN and a very good support back up.
In the past I tried to briefly use ExpressVPN, GoodAccess VPN is more stabile. let alone cheaper (which is a bonus:))

2. Hardly no interference or downtime - In the 2+ years we have been using GoodAccess the service was unavailable only once.

The app is a bit old fashioned, more usage data on the app from the data appears on the site would be helpful.

Improving compatibility to support lower versions of iOS and offering a more affordable pricing structure for gateways would be valuable enhancements for GoodAccess VPN. By extending compatibility to older versions of iOS, more users would be able to access the app regardless of their device's operating system version.

Overall I've been happy with GoodAccess. I've been with them since they were smaller and it's been nice to see them add in powerful features that help to simplify our infrastructure.

I like the simplicity of the UI in the dashboard. There are a lot of powerful options, but I'm not overwhelmed. It's intuitive to use. I like being able to manage port forwarding. I also like being able to configure systems within the dashboard that I can share with other members of our team.

I didn't like having to purchase a minimum number of seats to get the features we needed. We don't use all of the seats, so it feels like that could be a better experience for the customers.

Overall we are quite pleased with the level of support and performance of the VPN that we use for 100 sites video conferencing. The latency/jitter and speed are all excellent. GoodAccess customized the solution for our needs and we have not had any issues. There have only been a small number of very minor outages that were resolved quickly. Their support is truly 24/7 when contacting them we get a response right away.

This was the only hosted VPN provider we found that allowed us the flexibility to connect our own routers for site to site VPN over the Internet.

The pricing has increased somewhat lately, but we recognize this as a global inflationary problem and they are still quite reasonably priced in the market.
