Overall, I like Gradelink. It was helpful during Covid to set up teacher pages and upload assignments and lesson plans.

I like the communication part of Gradelink. I can send emails to parents without giving my personal email. The features allow me to modify the recipients in an easy format. I also like the grade book. It’s easy to update.

It is very difficult to get someone on the line, when you need help. Even emails aren’t returned quickly.

We are extremely pleased with the Gradelink software. We especially appreciate how easy it is to get help from their support team when needed.

Gradelink allows the teachers and the office to enter information that can be used for reports, audits, budgets, and much more. The Smart Send feature allows us to communicate with our students and parents via email, text, and voice messaging. Report cards and transcripts are professional and easy to read. Gradelink continues to look for ways to improve their software to keep up with the needs of the teachers, students, and office staff.

Gradelink continues to improve its products, however, the training videos could be updated to reflect the new offerings.

We have used Gradelink for at least five years and have enjoyed it immensely. Enroll Me and the prospective form that is on the school website keeps everything streamlined.

This is a fantastic program. Before this, I was pencil and paper for my lesson plans, parent communication, and grade book.

I liked having one place to go to complete lesson plans, enter grades. and communicate with parents.

I haven't figured out how to transfer my lesson plans from one year to the next.

Gradelink has simplified keeping track of grades, students, contact info, and attendance much easier. I have used this for many years and continually see the company always working to improve the program.

My school has been using Gradelink for quite a few years now, and it keeps improving. It is so nice to not have to sit and calculate grades manually at the end of each grading period. If anyone is missing assignments and I have used the "IC" for that assignment, it's easy to print out whatever assignments are missing. I also like the way the parents and students can also keep track of how they are doing and how parents can set up automatic emails for certain grades--both good and not so good ones. If I need to contact a parent, I can easily do it through Gradelink.
Gradelink keeps improving and adding other helpful tools for teachers and office workers.

It would be nice if when the attendance is done initially in homeroom, other teachers could see who was absent or may be in later on their individual class attendance page for that subject. Our secretary puts notes in but we don't see that on the attendance page--we can only see it on the grading page.

Gradelink has provided us with necessary services at a reasonable price. The key elements that are helpful are the training videos and the prompt replies by their support staff.

I appreciate the ease of use, the cost factor, and the ability to communicate with parents regarding attendance, emergency situations, grades, and general information.

Initially, it takes time to enroll students, but once that is completed, new enrollments take very little time.

Gradelink is either very difficult to find the report I am looking for or it is not user friendly enough. I have had difficulty trying to find the report that graphs a student's progress. This is VERY helpful to show parents.

My overall experience has been amazing! Gradelink has changed my life in terms of organization and productivity!

I love how I can store all my student’s data into Gradelink like their personal information, attendance, grades etc. It also has opportunities for teachers to post content in terms of lesson plans and worksheets!

The only thing I didn’t like was losing my teacher pages after a year, I wish there was a way to store them for multiple years.

I've enjoyed the program vs. the one our school previously used which was difficult to manipulate and most certainly Not user friendly.

I most certainly enjoyed how user friendly is the program. After viewing the quick succinct tutorial videos, I was able to handle the whole thing... this coming from a senior-aged educator that is known to be tech challenged.
It allows to flow from one area to another with ease and smoothness, without deleting what one's working on! Added PLUS, it keeps track of all the grades and figures the percentages automatically!

I cannot find a dislike. I can only write of my very positive experience with the program!

Very satisfied with Gradelink and will continue to use them in the years to come, even though there have been a few hiccups. I do feel that Gradelink does try to listen and respond to the requests of the client.

Customer service is very good about responding to inquiries either by phone or by email. I appreciate that they try to resolve any problems or concerns that I have in a timely manner.

Some features could be updated. I wish we had been informed of the recent password updates ahead of time so that we could have informed families. Instead, I was inundated with school family phone calls and emails because their old passwords no longer worked.

We've used a couple other SIS, and we love Gradelink. It is easy to learn, easy to use, and does what we need for our school.

In conclusion, I would rate Gradelink a 4.95 out of 5 stars, if that were the grading scale used. No product is perfect, but I have seen firsthand the attention to our school concerns and the willingness to work together to solve issues and move forward in a positive direction. I highly recommend Gradelink for consideration, whether you are using a different platform or seeking your first school management system!

Gradelink makes running a school the easiest part of my job daily! From student & family information gathering & management, to attendance and grade tracking, to form submission and general communication, Gradelink gives you the tools to be confident and very successful. Need to find a phone number? Done. Need to print a transcript or update a permanent record? Done. Re-enrollment using completely online methods and doing away with the mounds of paperwork? Done. I have used other school management software, and Gradelink surpasses them all!

When first using Gradelink, like any other new product you hope for good training tips, videos and live support. Initially I would say that this area was lacking a bit. But in the time I have been a user, these concerns have been addressed sufficiently and have become a strong suit of Gradelink’s management platform.

Overall I highly recommend both the Gradelink product and company. The support is exceptional and our school's SIS needs are taken care of. Teachers LOVE Gradelink which is so important for obvious reasons.

Gradelink is easy to use and well-liked by teachers and staff. It satisfies all of our school's basic SIS needs.

The financial component is a bit simplistic but does the job. The software hasn't changed much over the years which is both a pro and a con as it works well, but there are areas where it could benefit from new features.

Gradelink is Great! I have been using it basically the entire time I have been a teacher. It is super easy to use and doesn't take unnecessary time up away from teaching.

Super user friendly and can track almost anything! I enjoy using it to enter grades, communicate with parents, and publishing my Weekly Newsletter.

When posting to your homeroom page, you have to click edit instead of just new post so it was a bit confusing at first.

Very positive experience and would recommend it to other organizations over competitors. The work flow is easy to understand and all levels of administration can make use of the product. The integration with other services, like Google Classroom, help teachers submit their grades easily.

The website is easy to use for someone that didn’t have to go through training. There are lots of features I have yet to use. It would be great if the interface was updated and if the app on my iPhone and iPad worked.

The iOS app for my iPad/iPhone does not work. Zooming in on a device other than the laptop causes it to not scroll completely up or down.

I love using Gradelink as a teacher. It's easy to learn and use! It helps me feel on top of my work and it helps communicate with parents on a day to day basis. Now that I am also a parent using the program I can see the benefits immediately on that end, too!

You can't extend/bump lessons from one quarter to the next.
