What is Grip?

For quite some time, we have held a deep appreciation for Gary Huswit's documentary, Objectified. A key theme explored in the film is the notion that every item holds a captivating story. No matter its size or purpose, whether it inspires seriousness or laughter, a multitude of products are intentionally crafted. At INDG, we strive to collaborate with brands to create CGI visuals that make their products digitally engaging. What struck a chord with us is the understanding that each product contains a treasure trove of intricate features that can reveal significant benefits for prospective consumers. This brings us to a thought-provoking question: can we visually represent every product around the world in a way that effectively highlights these unique characteristics? Moreover, it prompts us to consider why only a limited number of products receive such focused attention and promotion. Perhaps there exists a substantial opportunity to enhance the recognition of all well-designed items, allowing them to shine in their own right. Ultimately, this could lead to a more informed consumer base that appreciates the artistry in everyday objects.
