Guusto is solving one problem which is providing formal recognition in terms of gift cards. I mean verbal appreciation is good but nothing makes an employee happy when he or she receives it in form of a gift card. doesn't matter if it is 5 dollars or 500. It makes everyone happy.

I was surprised when I received an email from Guusto stating that my manager has gifted me the gift card as a token of appreciation for my hard work. Till now, I did not know if such a thing existed. I was so happy and more happier to know that there are so many options to choose from while redeeming the gift card. Thank you.

Everything went well but I do feel that more products would have been included, for example, the brand stores such as Urban Behaviour located in Canada. I tried redeeming my gift card with this brand's voucher but unfortunately, I could not get it.

Guusto has been simple to use. The personalized diverse options for rewards are great. Ecards are simple and easy to use.

Guusto is a simple to use, effective way to distribute rewards. There is a large variety of choices. There are options that almost anyone would like.

Guusto is very easy to use, the only downside I have found is that you have to manually remove rewards from the main screen once they have been used.

Great experience, so far so good. I hope this stays this way because I don't consider changing to any product anytime soon.

I like the functionality and ease of use. I also love the fact that Guusto gives a room for reviews from customer which means it has a regard and value for its users.

I feel Guusto should try to support more currency not only for US and Canada.

I really like Guusto because you can choose from a large number of gift cards. Think of all the times you got a gift card that you can't use because you hardly ever shop there. With Guusto, you are sure to find a gift card that you or the recipient can use.

Redeeming the gift was very easy. All I had to do was create a free account (it only takes a few minutes) and then I could choose from the many retailers I wanted to redeem the gift at. A very easy and convenient option – kind of like a Visa or Mastercard digital prepaid gift credit card.
This makes it very easy to redeem the gift not only at one but at many sellers. If the person you're giving a gift to hasn't yet decided where they want to shop, with Guusto you're giving a "general" gift that can be used with lots of different shops and services online.

Nothing, I love this software to motivate people and would recommend others.

I like how simple the layout of Guusto is and how few clicks it takes to send/receive online gifts. Also, there's a huge variety offered for merchants, which makes sending gifts more interesting/unique.

I don't dislike too much on Guusto. But, if I were to choose one thing that Guusto could improve on, it'd be the fact that there aren't enough fast food chains for merchants.

Great to use and will be implementing it with my business for the future. It provides a great personalized incentive program for top down recognition, takes away the boring gifts or prizes and makes it something that everyone will enjoy.

It's an easy and straightforward to use Guusto credit. I strongly recommend the products to my friends and family.

Guusto provides a simple and easy way to send and receive money. It also makes it more fun, due to being able to choose what you are gifting. As well, the fact that there are so many stores to choose from makes Guusto the best.

There are so many options to choose from when gifting someone a gift card. Also, the website is super easy to use and the design is super sleek. It is amazingly structured.

Everything went well, but I feel like more stores can be included. Maybe more clothing chains in Canada need to be included, as that matters a lot for some people.

Not much dislike, maybe include more merchants. I believe there is 100 merchants now, maybe more could be added.

Guusto is solving a ton of problems. First of all, it is making sending online money so much easier. Second of all, it is turning my office into a more personal space, as we need to know each others interests to gift on Guusto.

I love how versatile Guusto is as there are so many restaurant chains listed for the gifting merchants category. As well, the style and design of the website is super easy to navigate.

I don't dislike too much on Guusto, but the fact that there could be more restaurant merchants listed for the categories is one thing that can be improved upon.

Guusto is a very useful platform for our company because it allows us to correctly organize the reward system for employees. I am currently the person responsible for sending the awards within my marketing sector within the financial company, therefore, it is my responsibility to send awards to the most outstanding employees in their work. This platform allows me to consult updated reports in real time. about the amount of money I have spent monthly, the number of awards sent, I can visualize all the awards given to employees graphically, this platform works wonderfully and has provided me with an extremely complete experience, it has allowed our employees to receive awards weekly or monthly depending on their work in the company. When I started using this platform, I had a pretty high expectation, and those features exceeded the expectations I had, that way has worked great and allowed me to send easily, I don't have to manually use an email address , all employees are already registered on the platform and with the push of a button I can send a specific award to an employee.

Guusto offers a fairly complete system when it comes to sending all kinds of awards and strengthening employee retention. This platform allows awarding rewards in the gift card method, a fairly accessible method for us and which has allowed our employees to receive gift cards monthly or weekly due to their work in the company. One of the first things that I liked is the positioning system or LeaderBoard, since this system allows visualizing the positioning of each one of the employees, I can check what position a specific employee is in, I can check which is the employee who has most received awards, as well as being able to see who is the top performing employee in the company, this LeaderBoard system tallies overall awards to give me advanced details on the top performing employee. Another thing that I liked is that this platform has a pretty fast delivery of the gift card, I can select the gift card that I want, I can select the amount of that gift card and when I press the button, my employee will receive this card gift card in the next five minutes, although it usually takes just a minute to deliver this gift card. Another thing that I would like is that this platform has an application for mobile devices, this application works wonderfully, it allows me to view all the available gift cards, it allows me to select what type of currency I want to use for that gift card, in addition, I It allows me to choose the amount and allows me to select a company employee without having to manually write an email, since all these emails are registered within this platform to speed up the process of sending the gift card.

I have no type of complaint in relation to the operation of this platform, it is a fairly good award recognition platform, without any type of failure, the platform in general works wonderfully and allows the correct delivery of awards to employees, in addition, It also allows you to make nominations to send Recognitions without a monetary prize, it allows you to statistically visualize who has been the employee with the most recognitions, in addition, it allows you to send a gift card to any type of location around the world, which makes it a very functional platform. In conclusion, I don't have any kind of complaint regarding this platform since it currently works wonderfully and performs very well in sending gift cards.

Great product that does make redeeming gift cards easy and hassle free. I highly do recommend to those who like easy!

I honestly like the fact that you can receive gifts so easily that you do not have to leave from inside, everything can be completed at home.

Overall, Guusto solves a lot of problems. It makes sending money easier, and it happens to have so many different options to choose from to send/receive gift cards.

I like many things about Guusto, but the main things are the fact that sending money online is super easy and requires a minimal amount of steps. Also, there are quite a lot of Merchant options.

I dislike the fact that there are not too many restaurant chain options included in the Merchant list on Guusto. That is the only thing that I dislike about Guusto.

No difficulties using this software. Only con may be the redemption period where funds may be lost if someone is unable to redeem their gift cards within the allotted time.
