Nothing major to report. I really valued the accessibility support provided that was made for low vision users of different dis/abilities as I have visually impaired friends struggle to find apps that support accessibility software and here it is integrated perfectly.

The best thing that I like about Guusto is how easy it is to send money. There aren't any extra steps for anything, and it is so simple. Also, Guusto makes sending online money fun, as it is not just as boring as transferring money to someone. It takes creativity to choose a perfect gift card for a specific person!

I don't dislike too many things about Guusto. But, if i were to choose one it would be the fact that Guusto could use more merchants in their list. Adding more restaurant chains would help.

I liked how you can show appreciation in private or public to the employee who doesn’t get recognition for their work.

It should have a withdrawal system where you can withdraw money instead of getting a gift card etc.

The best thing I like about Guusto is the automatic gift card sending feature where we can automatically send the gift card to different people on specific dates, like birthdays, holidays etc. I set up the preauthorized gift card sending beforehand so that I don't forget about the dates.

In terms of technology used, it is excellent software and very easy to use, but I would suggest including more brands in the gift-sending option. Currently, very few brands sell household items on the gift card list that gusto provides. Other than this overall experience of using the application is very good.

Even though I am on free trial, Guusto had proven to be the best in sending and recognizing customers loyalty. I love Guusto because it supports different languages and currency and also it's quite easier to carry out various functions without system glitching.

I haven't been able to see any feature yet for dark mood for people with eye defect or eye problems, maybe it's there but I can't find it.

Everything ok with the service center near me the company that I have seems to take a little longer to get gift cards out otherwise that it's a good service I love it sometimes it's hard to understand it...

I've received gift cards from my past employers through Guusto and have always had success redeeming them. They have many different options to fit anyone's preferences which is excellent since everyone has different tastes.

The only gift card option for movie theatres (at least for where I live in Canada) was Cineplex which is too far for me. It would be nice if they could include other movie theatre chains as an option in the future, such as Landmark Cinemas.
