I have been using Guusto for a year and as above, I've had a great experience as a user - there are many opportunities where I've wanted to send recognition to my colleagues and peers - of course you can always send an email and copy their leader, but somehow Guusto makes this recognition extra special - and available for all internal users to see

Great selection of Canadian merchants to choose from.
Great way for employees to publicly recognize colleagues and peers by way of a shoutout - and the added ability to copy their leader to serve as performance feedback for year-end performance reviews.
Great way for Leaders to publicly recognize staff for their specific accomplishments throughout the year with a shoutout and gift card.

There is really nothing I don't like about Guusto BUT as far as suggestions:
Continue to add new merchants.
Review merchants that are 'not being used' and replace with other more popular ones.
Allow employees the option to swap out a gift card for a specific merchant for a 'any merchant' or 'select the same denomination for a vendor of their choice if the one they receive is not for a merchant they will use (and do it without making the sender aware).

Great product, would recommend to anyone who is looking for gift options. Maybe they should make it a bit more easier to register.

Good options for stores, and very easy to redeem gifts, very quick and easy way to obtain gift card.

Maybe they can mail physical prepaid MasterCards, so that it. Can be used in all stores.

A super fun and simplified way of sending gifts whether its for employee recognition, client recognition or others.

I really enjoyed having a variety of retailers so that when you send a gift card there is an option for everyone.

Could you offer a bigger variety, some people prefer Westjet to Air Canada, or Expedia to Hotels.com

Definitely would recommend, this way the person receiving the gift can pick something they really want.

Sooo many rewards to choose from, something for everyone to pick, from coffee, to groceries, to restaurants to even gas.

It can be a little confusing at first, but easy to figure out once you get the hang of it!

Overall, Guusto solves many problems that benefit me a ton! It makes sending online money easier, and makes it super fun and easy. I'm never going back to another app.

What I like best about Guusto is how there are so many Merchant options for retail stores. As well, Guusto makes sending online money so easy and interesting! It's a huge help.

I don't really dislike anything specific about Guusto. If there was one thing that Guusto can maybe improve on, it is adding more restaurant merchants for the gifting/receiving option.

Guusto provides an easy platform to distribute gift cards to employees without requiring the employees to communicate where they would like their reward applied to. Overall a great experience using Guusto.

I like that you can select a variety of merchants to use your gift card and use different amounts for each merchant. Using a fraction of my gift card to one online merchant was a smooth and easy process.

I wish you could use a portion of the gift card down to the cent. I wanted to apply a specific amount to my purchase but ended up wasting .50 cents worth of the gift card. The How to Use/Redeem FAQ could also be easier to find on the website.

Guusto allows me to redeem a gift card for the store of my choice, which benefits me by allowing the sender to give the perfect gift even if the sender doesn't know the receiver well.

Good for giving gifts to people who you don't know what they like. It allows the recipient to choose whatever gift card they like.

More gift card options are needed such as Loblaws or Shoppers Drug Mart.

Guusto is solving a problem to motivate employees to work hard for the company and get recognized for their work. This application helps spread positivity in society by appreciating others for their work. This gift card appraisal process improves customer retention.

I like the software interface and how easy it is to navigate through different features within the web page. I personally used Guusto to send gift cards to my team, and I have a great experience.
Guusto provided me great customer when I had issue with payment of 1 of my gift card transaction.

Nothing much but I would like to give a feedback or a suggestion. It would be great if Guusto has a automatic gift card sending scheduler so that I don't have to send it manually on everyone's birthdays etc and I will never forget a gift on these important days

Guusto is solving tons of problems and it's benefitting me a ton, as it makes sending online gifts super simple and easy. It's never been easier before to gift someone online.

Guusto is super helpful in sending gifts online because the layout of the website is super simple. The same goes for receiving gifts, as there's minimal steps involved.

I dislike how the merchants list is quite short, it could include many more fast food chains that people stop at. However, the big ones such as Tim Hortons and Starbucks are on there.

Overall, this was a super simple process. I would highly recommend the product to anyone. It’s ideal for businesses to thank staff, clients etc.

-As a receiver of a Guusto card, the program is very easy to work. I am a 60+ female and had no difficulty redeeming the gift card
-Multiple businesses to redeem the card
-ability to redeem a single gift into multiple smaller denominations and thereby multiple redemptions

Reviewing the process, I honestly can’t think of any cons with respect to the program.

I am not sure if there are problems to solve apart from the navigation issues for first timers. But that has been solved with an introductory tutorial. And they have a chat to help you out.

The variety of gift options to choose from. Better than buying a physical card. And portion out that amount to different gift card options.

Other competitors lock you in a certain amount, or don't have as much useful or don't have as much useful variety as Guusto.

Some of the navigation can be tricky, so the tutorials kind of necessary for first time users when trying to use the site. But fairly easy once you figure out things out. Like you must fill out the dollar amount before browsing the options when redeeming your gift card.

Have had good experience so far with the program and like the ease of use and the ability to send recognition to employees.

Lack of the ability to share rewards with fellow peers.

I like it that they don't charge any fees for the redemption and popular merchants are affiliated like Walmart, Esso etc.

I like that I can use it as if I have real cash on hand and its very easy and there is no fee to redeem.

Some of your favorite stores are not yet affiliated.

Overall the experience was a positive one. I found it to be easy to use and gave many options to choose from.

What I really liked about Guusto is that they offer a wide variety of options to choose from for your gift card needs. It allows the user the opportunity to choose what what they want.

I would have like to see more options from the American retailers on the Canadian side of the website.

Easy to use interface, lots of variety from merchants, and it makes rewarding the top earners in our industry more personable as they can choose how they wish to spend their gift rather than it be the same for everyone.

Guusto provides an excellent service for businesses/employers; it makes it easy to reward outstanding work and create good work culture. By giving so many options to the employee when they get their reward it makes it that much better than getting a generic gift card or gift, this makes it more personalized.

I have not found anything I dislike. It will be exciting to see even more merchants available, but there is a great selection already!

I am having a good time with Guusto. I can now send gift and reward people with ease, the designs and functions are so wonderful.

Honestly there is nothing unliking at the moment.

Guusto is solving the organizational problem of rewarding / recognizing those around you, but not restricting the way someone uses that recognition.

It was easy and FAST to get a reward and secure. Even though it was my wife's reward, it took 10 minutes to get my gift card.

Not a single thing! it was fast and easy and i cant say enough good things about it.

Overall it’s super easy to use with many venders to choose from to load funds onto. Super easy to send gifts/funds!

Everything is easy to access and manageable. We often get stuck deciding who deserves the recognition, and rewards.

I love how simple it is to connect with my team and other teammates in our organization. It is always appreciated when we recognize the good work we all do.

I can't say i have anything I don't like other than not getting the certificates to display for our teams.
