I loved this product and would recommend to every one to use. It was easy to send out to clients and it's easy to receive the gift card and to redeem it.

Such a great way to send and receive gift cards. Plus the user gets to pick which merchant they want to redeem the card at and they can customize the balance between many merchants!

Overall experience was excellent. There were a lot of partners or stores to choose from to redeem my gifts and using the actual gift card is so easy.

Redeeming funds from the website to getting a gift card is easy. Using the actual gift card, print or electronically is easy to use at the stores.

When i printed the gift card, there was no barcode for the cashier to scan, but the gift card number and pin is there.

I set up my account. The Dashboard provided all the information I needed to review my existing gift cards and transact business.

So easy to access/receive the gift card that was purchased for me. Settlement is instant and without delay or cost.

I've only used Guusto once. There is nothing that comes to mind.

Overall very neat application, everything works fine and no problem where faced. Would recommend to anyone who has this needs.

I really like that there are a number of useful places to choose to redeem my Guusto card from. I can gift the Guusto cards that I receive to my daughter who loves Starbucks, my son who shops on Amazon, or my wife who buys gardening materials at Home Depot. The options are endless with over 60,000 locations to choose from. I appreciate how this provides me with the opportunity to share my rewards with others. The Guusto card is extremely efficient to access and redeem. I don’t need to worry about the reward being lost, going unused, or causing the recipients any stress. It is fast, easy to access and exciting to redeem. This allows for the focus to be out on the reward being received rather than the stress of redeeming it.

I have not had a negative experience with Guusto. If I did encounter an issue I know that customer service would be easy to access, quick, and helpful.

Our general experience could be defined as a fairly good experience, it has not been perfect since, as I mentioned previously, we have had certain problems with the awarding of metro prizes, for some employees, receiving the prizes has been a quite complicated process since in Sometimes they don't find it in their main inbox, since the inbox automatically detects it as spam. However, despite having had this problem on several occasions, I still consider that this software has provided a quite different system for our company and we are proud to be using it today. We began to notice the time it took to obtain results after using it for a week. During the first week we began to make different award shipments to employee albatrosses. We realized that they had been able to feel more satisfied by completing their activities, which caused that forced themselves more in completing the same ones for you of the weekly award. We will continue to use it in our company, since the benefits it has provided for all our employees have been totally remarkable.

For us, Guusto has become our main way of rewarding all our employees and making each of them feel comfortable completing activities within the company. What I liked the most about this platform is that it works in real time to monitor each of the activities, negotiations and sales procedures that our employees carry out. This real-time report helps us understand the success that each employee is having in a timely manner. individual, We can know exactly if the employee is having a good development of their activities or if they have not generated enough sales to be rewarded. Weekly we reward the most outstanding employees in their businesses. Another thing that I love about this platform is that it has a wide variety of prizes to provide to employees, it has the gift card service and it also has the direct money transfer service. This variety in the awards is quite good, it allows me to send gift cards of all kinds to my employees, I can send them gift cards for a specific store or for a mobile device store. I love that the prizes are so varied, this helps to be able to send different prizes to each of the most outstanding employees. Finally, I must also mention that I love The general report of the complete activities of all the employees, the general report obtained on this platform can be consulted at any time, it has a history of sending awards, it also helps to have an order in the awards that I send to each employee individually, I love being able to access these reports at any time, the reports are stored in the cloud of this platform and I can access them from any device.

One of the main negative things that I did not notice during my experience with Guusto is that the gift cards did not always arrive in the main tray of our employees, on several occasions our employees reported that they had not received the gift card that we had sent them, This seemed quite strange to us since at all times this gift card arrived, however after a while the inbox of our employees began to detect this origin as suspicious, which means that the prizes that we send them will enter the email spam folder. This is something that I really don't like, as this makes it a bit difficult to deliver prizes to our employees, to counter this problem all we have done is ask our employees that if they don't see the gift card in the main tray, access the spam tray to be able to access the corresponding award. I hope that the owners of this software can solve this problem as soon as possible so that the inbox of our employees does not detect as suspicious the origin of the award sent. It is important to note that this problem does not occur all the time, only on some occasions, but in the same way it has to be fixed as soon as possible.

Found it super easy to combine all my gift cards. I liked how the notification appeared to show me that I have pending gifts that I can redeem. The redeem process for Air Canada was super easy and quick. Overall a very fluid and easy experience.

I did not like that Amazon is not in consideration for Canadian merchants.

It solves the problem of giving gift cards someone may not use because the recipient can choose where they would like to shop.

I love that the recipient can choose from so many places for their gift. It means they are way more likely to use a gift card, since they can choose somewhere they typically shop.

So easy to use! And so many options for retailers, restaurants, etc. My sister-in-law sent me a $200 gift for Christmas. This was my first time hearing about Guusto but was completely satisfied with how easy it was to set up an account and redeem my gift.

Honestly, I don't think there was anything I don't like about Guusto.

Fantastic platform that makes gifting easy globally. Have loved its experience all throughout. I just think if they make it global across the world in all continents it would be the best!
