The process was straightforward to me as a first time user. Receiving the gift is as simple as just a few clicks and no hassles. The options and menus on the website are easy to follow. I can see this software take off in a corporate setting as a practical employee recognition tool/Kudos board.

I've never heard of Guusto until I was sent a gift card as a client appreciation. I received a simple email from Guusto inviting me to claim the gift. The website was easy to navigate although a login account has to be created. I get to choose my gift card from a large selection of shops/retailers. There were no additional fees, advertisements or extraneous information throughout the process.

Quick video-based training will have to be developed in order for corporates to use this tool to its full potential. I have only attested the most common used functions and yet to learn the full capabilities designed in this software.

I would recommend using this website to redeem for gift cards of any kind. You have so many choices to choose from.

It was so very easy to redeem and it came within a few days. You have choices between MasterCards or Merchants cards. I always choose Mastercard because you can use it anywhere.

The lettering that I received the first time on my gift card letter was in gold and it was hard to see. The next letter was in black and it was much better.

Overall, I love Guusto, the ease of everything, the variety of businesses to choose from - I highly recommend Guusto to anyone who is looking for a unique gift card to gift.

I loved the ease of setting up my account, finding a variety of vendors to choose to use my gift cards from, to using the actual gift cards! Super easy!

There isn't really anything I didn't like.. if I had to give a reason, I would say that adding even more vendors would be great!

I didn't encounter any problems when using the site or the card. I was able to redeem it for the company I wanted, and it was available in a very timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised.

I highly recommend using digital gift cards, like Guusto over traditional plastic cards, because they are very easy to use.

Very simple to redeem and use. Love the digital card feature. I can easily store my card in my Apple Wallet or use it online.

It is a little tricky merging a new gift on to an existing card.

This software is a great idea when gifting others. Not everyone has the same interests, so the option to give and/or choose a gift card according to unique personal interests ensures the product that is gifted and received is useful and appreciated.

I loved being able to select my own gift card from a selection of vendors. I was also very impressed with the customer service that was provided via the chat box when I experienced an issue viewing the gift card.

The system did not work on my browser (could not view the selected gift card) but when I contacted Guusto customer support via the chat box, the agent quickly identified and resolved the issue.

I am satisfied with my experience with Guusto and am considering using it for my employees in the future.

This is helping to solve gifting of large sums of giftcards and allowing the user to choose where they would like to spend their money and how much of it they would like to use.

There are a large number of merchants available however there are a some that I was hoping to use and did not find on the Guusto website. However there are still lots to choose from.

Guusto has gone much further than the simple awards that are given to each employee, with the help of this platform we have been able to enjoy an employee recognition and award management system, previously it was a bit difficult to know exactly how many awards had been given to a specific employee, it was also a bit difficult to send gift cards to our employees, usually we would send them prizes or cash bonuses, To recognize the work effort they have been putting in, however, upon arrival With this platform, the method of sending prizes changed completely. Now we can send prizes to our employees through a Starbucks gift card, or some other store, so that they can enjoy it even more. We are happy with the system that this platform has managed, we are also happy with the ease that we have obtained when using it, it is quite simple to search for the type of gift card that we want to send and place the world, then we will have to place the recipient, and the recipient receives the gift card immediately, there is no delay and the payment that has to be made is processed in just a few minutes. I must also highlight that in order not to make constant payments when sending gift cards, you can deposit money on the platform and spend it little by little by sending gift cards, this is one of the most important features since we can deposit the other money with total confidence and we can use it whenever we want.

Some of the things that I liked the most about this platform but in the following:

- Guusto It focuses on awarding awards as recognition to employees, for achieving some objective or goal, however within this platform you can also award recognition without having to send additional money, this platform allows you to create your personalized awards , you can edit the badge or recognition that you want to give to an employee, in this way to be able to attend to your availability a large number of recognitions available to use at any time. This is one of the main things I like, as I can give recognition to employees beyond just sending them money.

- This platform has an excellent integration with the workforce management systems, in this way you will be able to meet and reward the employee who has been most outstanding during a specific period of time, this integration is one of the main positive things, since you will be able to make instant rewards thanks to the collection of information that has been from your workforce measurement software, it is really incredible.

- The awards within this software are quite varied, there are many options to send gift cards to your employees, there are all kinds of gift cards with immediate availability to be sent to any recipient, this feature is one of the most positive things outstanding, since you can choose an option that suits you from a list that has a wide variety of gift cards.

The main things that have to be improved within Guusto are the following:

- This platform does not currently have a positioning system, this means that there is no way to know which employee has received the most awards, obviously you can obtain this information by verifying the number of awards that each employee has received individually, but that will give you It would take a long time, it would be excellent if there were a positioning table where the employees who have received the most awards and recognitions from us are added, since in this way we can know which employee has been the most outstanding during a specific time.

- The real-time display of the reports of the gift cards provided is not possible from the version for mobile devices, I have the application installed on my phone with the iOS operating system, however in another or that the information of the card reports Gift cards sent, take a while to update within the application, the information that we handle from our computer and the gift card that we send, will take approximately five to 10 minutes to be reflected from the application for mobile phones, it would be excellent to have these detailed reports immediately and in real time as in the version for computers.

I always get GUUSTO gift cards from work, and I enjoy being comfortable to log in and to access my prize.
