My experience with Guusto was excellent as I was able to choose whatever I like to spend and use it right away! It was so easy to use as I can simply send the barcode to my email.

I recently got a gift card from my employer and it was Guusto. I have options to select one of many so I honestly couldn’t choose one at first but since I was so hungry at that time, I decided to choose a restaurant :) It’s nice that there are so many options to choose.

There isn’t anything I disliked about. Everything went perfect.

I like that redeeming the gift card was not as complicated as expected.

My experience was easy to process and quick to recognize colleagues for all the hard that the team does.

There’s nothing I dislike about Guusto. I think Guusto is great.

Kudos, try them out. Fun and easy to use, took me hardly a minute to claim my reward. Like the idea of pass on your reward to others.

Really liked the idea of being able to chose a gift of my choice from number of vendors. Great customer service via chat.

Overall it’s a good app. Has a lot of variety to choose from plus you don’t need to go out to get a card as it can all be done online.

Like the fact that the recipient of the card gets to choose what he likes. Takes the guessing out for whoever is buying.

The user interface is not the best. Had trouble determining how to use it and software logged me off a few times.

The platform is great and really makes it easy to send and receive gifts while still offering the end user the option of choice.

I recently received a gift card from a company, it was easy to redeem and plenty of different businesses to choose from.

Lots of variety to choose from when redeeming my gift. Everything from restaurants and clothing stores.

Nothing negative comes to mind when I think about it.

Great experience and will recommend to everyone when you want to send gift cards to you loved ones or for your employees.

The service was very fast and easy to use. I got my gift card sent to my email instantly. It really was a pleasure to use.

I really can't find a con. Everything went as easy as possible. Logging in for the first time was quick and completely painless.

The site/app is very easy to use, there are multiple functions from team creation, staff uploading, reporting, nomination section and it's very easy to track what you've sent and when accepted by the person you've sent the gift/reward to.

Also, there is a bunch of customization options that helps you brand things to your liking and utilize your own company's logo etc.

There really weren't many cons that I can think of - the only bit of struggle was there was a slight wait to get going when they secured my account.

With that said, I can't really fault a company for wanting to protect things and make the overall experience more secure.

I am so glad to know this program exists, it will be my go to gift giving method going forward. I love being part of the solution to a world wide issue, regarding clean drinking water, while letting my friends, family, and colleagues know how much I appreciate them.

I love this new and innovative way to reward, be rewarded, send gifts, let someone know you are thinking of them, and also be providing clean drinking water to communities, without having to do anything more than load or accept a gift, or spend any extra.
Being able to send or receive a gift that can be redeemed for so many different purchases takes away the guess work at gift time and I know will save so much time and worry that we all have around gift giving!

I could not find anything that was negative about this experience. It is easy and quick!

Our general experience with Guusto is quite good, we have been using this software for about 1 year and the results we have obtained are innovative, we have been able to reward our employees without having to make difficult bank transfers, in addition, we can send our employees Gift Cards for various locals, so that they spend that money on different things, not just one. Guusto was an easy software to use, we never had any doubts, plus we made use of a guide when we started using it, which helped us to adapt quickly.

Guusto is an excellent software to carry out promotions and to reward all our employees with quality recognitions. The main thing I like about Guusto is the speed when it comes to sending the "Gift Card" type prizes, the speed is quite fast, all our employees receive the prize in a matter of seconds. Another thing that I love about Guusto is that it has an excellent history system where all the shipments I make are saved, this history helps me keep organized of the awards I have sent and to which employees I have not yet sent any awards.

Without any complaint, Guusto has helped our employees to be happier, since with this award system we can give them real recognition for the effort they make for each of their tasks. Depositing money at Guusto is quite fast, without complications. Sending Gift Cards is also comfortable without any complications, Guusto is a perfect software without any flaws.

I really liked Guusto as it is easy to use and easy to transfer gift cards. We used it for our event winners and found we can transfer it to a different country as well.

It is easy to use as Guusto has so many stores gift cards and different price options as well! I highly recommend Guusto to business needs.

Need to add more USA stores gift cards like Costco Wholesale store and Whole Foods.

It is great and if I choose to send my clients or friends a gift card I will definitely use Guusto. It is a unique and great way to thank people. I received a gift card as a thank you from one of the insurance companies with which I do business, and I was surprised because I had never heard about Guusto and I loved the ease of the product.

I had never heard about Guusto before and a company sent me a gift card. I followed through and it was so easy to do. An excellent way to thank your clients and friends.

Guusto makes it easy to send gifts to anybody when you are short on time. I already have an account set up, so I can go in, reload the balance and send a gift quickly. It saves me the hassle to go to a store to buy gift cards.

The ease of sending and receiving monetary gifts from friends or people at work. Guusto UX is also great, and anybody can use it with ease to send or redeem gifts online.

I think there is opportunity for making the redemption process a little more user friendly by reducing the number of clicks and jumping between different screens to complete the redemption process.

Liked it a lot. Definitely something I'll be using over the holidays to send money fast and securely to family members and friends.

I love that I get to send a gift card and not feel like I'm wasting my time. With the internet age we live in it never felt good to send a gift card when I could have sent cash. Now you can send a gift card and not have to worry about the recipient not getting to use it.

Some stores are missing that I thought should be there but other than that it has been a great experience.

I have only been on the receiving end of the process, but I think it's great that Guusto has a platform for businesses to easily reward their employees.

I have received a couple of Guusto gift cards through my employer and each time, it is so easy to upload into my account! I love that I can split my amounts and choose whatever I want, great selection of gift cards to redeem. Highly recommend.

I like all the options for you to choose from when sending or redeeming gift cards from Guusto. Guusto makes it easy to use your gifts and to send gifts to others. This is a great tool for rewarding employees.
