I love how easy Guusto was to use. You simply create an account, find the gift card you'd like to purchase, and then redeem your funds to instantly receive said gift card via email. The process was simple and straightforward.

Of all the methods around giving prizes that we've experimented with since the pandemic, Guusto has the best UI, the quickest and easiest delivery, and has an amazing list of merchants so the prize is relevant for any recipient. Customer support has also been very helpful.

I find Guusto very easy to aces and navigate. I was able to access all its features in no time and was able to redeem the gift card which my company sent me as a token of appreciation. I also find it fascinating as I can send my friends gift cards online. Guusto has many vendors as its partners which makes it easy to make a choice.

The time to redeem the gift cards should be removed. Some more vendors to send gift cards to children should be added. The maximum and minimum amount of money to be redeemed from a particular vendor should be removed.

Ever since I received this gift card from my landlord i am loving the convenience. I am now thinking about sending my friends and family thank you and birthday gift cards without having to go to the store. Its fast and convenient.

I recently received a Guusto card from landlord as a valued tenant. I spent the money on any and everything.

At first i was having difficulties navigating merchants but once i got the hung of it with support from the team its like cutting a slice of cake.

The only problem that I faced during my experience with this software is that when I send an award to an employee, there is no way to verify if the employee has opened the award or if he has ignored it, nor can you know exactly if the employee has received the award correctly. This function that is missing within this software has brought several problems within my company since sometimes, we want to know if the employee has already received the award correctly, but it is not possible, the only way to know that information is by asking the employee directly . I would like this award status system to be added, where you can know exactly if the award has already been redeemed or received. It should be noted that a large part of Guusto's functionalities were totally positive, this software really provided a magnificent result when it comes to sending awards and recognition to our employees, I only think that they should integrate that function that I mentioned previously, since that would help the experience of all users is more complete and with better benefits.

I’ve received many gifts. I love all the options for spending. Sometimes I have left over funds from meals which I can use at different venders. Also like combining gifts to purchase more expensive items.

Very simple to use. So many options to select a vendor even for someone living in a more remote community without access to most box stores. This reward platform is so much better than the ones we've used in the past.
