Very positive experience - it's extremely easy to redeem the gift balance received and converted it online to many popular gift card. I picked Amazon gift card and there are many, many others to choose from.

Love being able to send a batch of gifts. Loved that they are donating clean water. Loved the system and how easy to use it was. The chat support was very responsive and friendly as well. Loved being able to add a GIF to the note, made it more fun and personal.

Didn't love waiting for funds to be added to the account Or that there was a fee for credit card payments.

We've had a good experience with Guusto so far, and will likely keep using it for most of our gifting purposes for the foreseeable future. Not only does it allow us a lot of control in gifting and redeeming, but the level of recordkeeping helps our accounting as well.

This tool is great for gifting employees or people that you don't have too much background on. Easy to put aside budgeted amounts for recognition here, and lots of control for what the gift could be.

Like any up-and-coming service, they still have their kinks to work out. However support is easy to work with, so not too much of an issue.

I consider that this platform has been very important for us, since it has allowed us to deliver all kinds of awards in my gift project, and prevent us from making all kinds of transfers through a bank account to be able to reward an employee, just by depositing money on this platform through a debit card, we can buy all kinds of gift cards and send them to other employees, I love being able to have a system that helps me reward my employees without having to use my bank account for it. Also, I was impressed by the fact that I have to pay very low fees for the gift card sending transaction, this helps me to be able to save money while rewarding my employees, I am really satisfied with all the features brought by this platform. The only thing that I hope is that the award positioning system is implemented, in this way I can keep track of who has been the most awarded employee within a specific date.

In addition, this platform is capable of storing all the award information in a database. I love this database because it allows me to have a record of each of the awards that I send to our employees, and I can also find out which one was the date of that award shipment, what was the amount of the award and many more details, I really loved that this platform is able to provide me with a fairly constant award management, since it allows me to know all the cousins ​​that were sent towards a specific employee since you started using this platform, or I don't know what is employee started working in the company, I also loved that this platform charges very low fees for each gift card transaction, that helps a lot since I can send several awards without paying high commissions.

The only negative thing that I noticed about this platform is that it does not have a positioning system or Leaderboard. In order to organize the employees who have received the most financial recognition in our company, having this award table would help a lot so that we can identify the Employee who more has received awards in our company within a specific period of time, I consider that this function is extremely important so that we can perceive which employee has obtained more recognition and which employee has not yet obtained financial recognition. Currently, the only way to identify which employee has received the most awards by performing a manual study, we have to enter the awards given to each employee individually, in order to know the employee with the most awards in our company. Regarding the functions provided by this platform, I consider that none of them have given me any type of failure at any time, I have always been able to send awards and different gift cards to the employees with the best performance in their work, in addition, this platform has a delivery notification system; which sends us an alert when a gift card has been successfully delivered to its recipient.

I really enjoyed my experience at this organization and I hope they add more vendors. Overall, it was very easy to claim the prize and I look forward to dealing more with this company in the future.

Seamless and easy to send or receive a gift you can use at many stores! Easy to send out gifts for all employees.

The vast amount of stores the card can be redeemed for is huge value! It is much better than a lot of gift cards on the market and I would personally use this over a VISA or Mastercard giftcard!

If it was possible to split your credit into multiple gift cards for stores.

While redeeming the gift card, There were so many options to choose from plus it was so seamless to choose and redeem. Definitely recommend.

What’s not to love ? They are awesome ! I did not have to ask any questions or face any kind of issues, the UI is so intuitive and so full of options.

Overall, I think Guusto is a wonderful platform. I love that managers are able to freely use it as they wish, and able to provide instant recognition to team members whenever they want. It helps us just show our team just one of the ways how much they mean to us.

I like both sides of the platform of the ease of giving a gift, and the ease of receiving a gift and selecting which merchant you would like your gift to go to. if you have multiple gifts, it is a great feature that you can combine amounts towards one merchant.

I think that it is possible to overtime get even more merchants. On the back end side as well sometimes the reporting feature and getting expense reports can be a little difficult so making those features have less clicks and easier to find.

I have also not found a way to transfer money back from a team account to your persona account and sometimes that would be helpful.

Overall, it is a great app with little to no cons at all, whatsoever. Very easy to use and versatile.

From the time I received the email to redeem my gift card, the process was quite simple. From viewing the vendors to redeeming and then using the generated code to go shopping in person, very easy.

The process of choosing and redeeming gift cards was very simple. I did not have to watch any tutorials lol just followed the steps, easy peasy.

I would have preferred more vendor options, a larger variety.

The features are well designed and simplified. Guusto always leaves me with a big smile on my face and that is an Excellent Customer Service.
