My overall experience with Guusto was straight forward I had no issues registering my gift card. I was able to register my card without asking my son for help with I usually do. I have fun choosing where I want to spend my money with Guusto since I had so much retailer to choose from.

I like the fact that guests offer a variety of stores where you can use your gift card and not have it limited. I also like the fact how easy the make the process of registering your card is, Also they offer a variety of stores to choose from.

There is no cons for me. I am comfortable with Guusto and will definitely use this to be a part of my gift giving ideas from now on. I will also introduce Guusto to my friends and family because it is really an easy and convenient way for gifting.

Guusto makes it easier to send gifts online so that peers can choose to redeem them as they wish. There are multiple options to choose from.

I would suggest adding options, like Mastercard, in case peers want a general prepaid card instead of a particular vendor, which can be easily added to Apple Pay.

It feels like a positive review board for coworkers and employees. It allows you to send positive review of an employer from customer or coworker without anything negative to show appreciation.

The user interface of Guusto is difficult to navigate, it's hard for new users to know what is going on, needs a tutorial or a complete overhaul for the site. most importantly how to give reviews to co workers and to see rewards and points

Overall I really liked this platform, great choice if you are looking to send a gift card to someone.

Great platform for sending gift cards, the platform is very easy to use, there are many options on where to redeem the gift card.

They could improve by adding more partners on where we can redeem the gift card.

I love this service. It’s been around a year i’m using this service. I first used thios service when i received a gift voucher from my manager in my first job and now at my new job I recommend this to my VP and he loved the idea. He was shocked after knowing that we don’t have to brainstorm every time what reward we should give our team to motivate them.

The variety of options Guusto has. I do not have to think about what employees will like they can choose themselves.

You aren't locked in to one vendor, your recipient has options that they can tailor to their liking, even split the reward across several vendors. Very flexible.

I like the option of choosing where the reward gets applied. There are lots of vendors and selections to choose from, so you can find something for every taste.

It could use clearer instructions on where to click and how to proceed. I like the overall interface but there was a point where I did not know what to click next to continue. I eventually figured it out.

I received a Guusto gift from my employer. It was so easy to redeem. You follow the link, create an account and pick where you want to use your card. Completed in less than 5 minutes.

Solving the issues of having to drive around, more over having to leave the convenience of your home, just to purchase gift cards. It brings gift cards to you! Less valuable time being used.

It glitched out the first time I bought the car, and there was not follow up on any remediation or recognition that this happened. However, customer service eventually contacted and made sure I was refunded.

I cannot think of a downfall, it truly is a life and time saver.

10/10. It is easy to setup and even some of our less "techy" employees found it straight forward and easy to use.

How simple and easy it is to use. While it is a challenge to reward your employees at distance this product makes it much simpler and employees loved the options.

So far there isn't anything we haven't liked with this product.

I have been a user for a few months, have not had any issues when emailing support they get back to you same day with in a few hours or less. No issues would continue using the site.
