25 $ additional cost for a physical Mastercard - this prevented me from going physical.

The option to select a visa that isn't associated to a specific brand would be a great addition.

Amazing experience and its user friendly. There are some stores example BestBuy where minimum amount starts from 25, beside these restriction to the limit required, one will enjoy the choices available to convert funds to their favorite store with out much hassle.

I was able to enjoy the gift received by having it converted to a gift card of a store of my choice. And there are numerous stores within to which the gift amount received could be converted.

I like how quickly they respond to questions...usually within minutes. They treat no question as a silly question. All questions are important to them.

I love how easy it for a new user to navigate the interface! I am a student and won a gift card through contest, which I was very excited about. However, as we are still online I did not want to have to go to campus in person and snail mail is just to slow (haha). When I found out them distribute the gift cards through Guusto, it was awesome! It is so convenient to be able to accept the gift online and the best part is you're able to select which store/business you would like to put the gift card towards! Myself and the others who won were able to each pick our favourite stores and use the gift cards how we liked. I will for sure be using Guusto in the future for any events that I host myself!

It's great to be rewarded and I liked how I could choose where I wanted to spend my recognition gift.

When giving a gift to someone, I find myself at times not knowing what to give them. A gift card to a specific place can feel impersonal at times as well as, however, with Guusto you can give the gift and allow the person to choose personally where they want to redeem the gift card!

After using Guusto for the first time, I immediately noticed how easy it was to use. If redeeming a gift card, I particularly appreciate the ability to split the total value up into multiple gift cards. That customizability is awesome, and really lets the gift receiver decide for themselves how they want to use the gift.

Overall, my experience was enjoyable. However, if I was to choose one item that I disliked it would be the somewhat limited number of vendors to choose from for gift card redemption. When redeeming a gift card, perhaps there could be an option to submit a request for a specific vendor's gift card on an approval basis with the understanding that it would take a few days to be reviewed, or simply choose from a pre-approved vendor for automatic redemption.

Overall, an amazing software that makes my life so much easier when sending/receiving virtual gifts.

I liked how there was many options to use my rewards points. Was secure and easy to log into! Very easy to use! Was able to shop online or use my points towards family events like going for dinner.
