Didn't realize any shortage of service delivery while using it.

Guusto helped our HR department find an easy and accessible way to give back, reward and recognize their employees. It's a one-stop shop and simple way of sending and receiving gifts and can be a great motivational tool for many organizations.

Guusto is a quick, easy and fun way to recognize and reward colleagues. Setting up an account was fast and the interface is very user-friendly. There are a variety of common merchants to choose from such as Walmart, Starbucks and Amazon. The redemption process was simple and straight-forward. I look forward to the next time I get to use Guusto.

The only downside I can think of from using Guusto is when a particular merchant is not available in the Guusto program, but personally I have not dealt with this issue.

Big thanks to my organization for working with Guusto and giving us a little bump during a tough time - it's the little things that count :)

I received a Guusto gift card from my organization and it was the ultimate boost that I was needing! It shows employees that they are cared about and valued (regardless of the amount.. it makes an impact)! It was fun and easy to set up.

I'm not sure if I have many cons. Maybe that I'd like to see more gift card options as the platform grows?

My overall experience with Guusto was great. I'm looking forward to using their service again as well as sending gifts to others is much easier!

I have never heard of Guusto until I received my first gift card from them. SO MANY merchants to choose from and super easy to navigate! This is definitely the new way of sending gift cards without even having to pick a specific retailer; the gift recipient chooses where they'd like to spend their gift card. It is a very happy moment accepting the gift card and scrolling through so many different retailers or restaurants trying to make the best pick. This is how I will be sending gift cards from now on!

Fortunately, I loved everything. It wouldn't hurt to add even more merchants to choose from, but that may make the decision-making process much harder when trying to pick a place to redeem the card.

I loved my experience with Guusto so far. App is easy to use and easy to transfer to Uber Eats. Great quality.

Good app, great customer service. The guys there really take the time to take care of your requests if there's anything, and are always willing to compensate you if anything happens.

Guusto is an easy peasy way to send gift card to a friend, family or colleague. It gives the liberty to the receiver to choose where and how to redeem the gift card!

So far, nothing. But I can see it might be a bit challenging to register on the website for some elderly users. I'm not sure if you guys have a video tutorial?

None. At times it may be slow. But maybe it is due to my mobile data. But generally using my home wifi it is fast. Although there is a lot of merchants already, but it can expand to many industries that would be awesome!

The problem it is solving is how do you find a solution for every person. This solves the problem allowing each person to choose what is best for them.

It allowed for a customized reward, allowing the individual to choose what is best for them. When giving rewards to a large group, this is the easiest solution.
